As far as I concern, food is most of the time really good, not always though. Normally you need to wait longer times before you can order the food and normally the food takes really long time to be served to your table. Today i am here trying to have my lunch/dinner and it took 10 minutes before someone come to me and ask for my order. Also it is taking too long for the waitress to take my order to the kitchen. I guess i will have to wait another 5 minutes before i might have my drinks. I am really hungry and lets see how long this will take. Today I came again and the service is really deplorable. Really bad service from everyone in here. I guess next time I will go to a different IHOP. I will not come to this one anymore

Very slow to be seated. I waited for over 5 minutes before a server or host even came onto the floor. Maybe it was just too early. Monday at 7:30 am, I thought they would at least have more than 1 server working, but it wasnt until almost 8:30 am (when I left) that more staff started to show up. Food was not great compared to other IHOPs, although once I finally put my order in, the food was fairly quick to come out of the kitchen. Hopefully others will have a better experience.

Id complain, but I dont even want a voucher to come back it was that bad. The server was nice, but the food was cold and tasted terrible. Some people waited over 30 minutes just to make a food order. This was on a Saturday night at 7pm and they werent even busy. This isnt the first time its happened either. This is the third time in a row in about two years. Dont know what happened to this place, but its gone way downhill.

Empty restaurant, 15 minute wait to be seated, another 10 minutes for a server, sitting here 15 minutes on drinks, havent ordered food... Claim under staffed with kitchen backup... Total of 12 tables of people. Very inexperienced wait staff, clearly poor kitchen management. Boils down to poor management and lack of training. Disappointing. 1830 hours on veterans day. Not going to get to order in time for my free pancakes.

I come to this particular IHOP every Sunday. For the past 3 months Ive gotten excellent service by Daniela, she is friendly and definitely goes above and beyond for us. This particular instance I happened to be served by Michele and the service was beyond horrible. This is being said is my last time coming to this location.

For this location the food is consistent with their brand. I do wish that the male host at the time we went was friendly, I didnt get a greeting, he just grabbed the menu and expected us to follow him. However the only reason im giving 4 stars and not 3 is because our waiter was extremely friendly and was on point.

Normally, we dont have a problem here. However, my 5 year old says he hates to go because the food takes so long. However, tonight he was right. We sat down and ordered at 6:45pm. It was 7:20 before we got our food. All we ordered was a cheeseburger, french toast, and a BLT, nothing complicated at all.

Waited to be seated - 10 mins. Time to place order - 5 mins. Time to wait for food - 20 mins. People are leaving because no one come to seat them. Someone needs to rethink when doing the schedule. But food came out very hot and as usual in a good quality.

The waitress forgot everything I ordered. Then when we asked for the items she forgot she got an attitude. The food was cold and not even what I ordered. The restaurant was full of dirty tables. Just terrible. Stay away from this place.

The fruit isnt fresh. It is canned. The yogurt is a gogurt strip. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. I suggest you ask for your dressing on the side if you get the chicken caesar salad. It was swimming in the dressing.

Arrived just before the lunch hour and it was packed, but we got in quickly and the service was very good. Food arrived quickly (one club and one BLT) and was excellent. The fries were very good . We will go back again.

The Veggie Omelette I had was good but I was VERY disappointed that throughout the entire menu there were only 3 healthy choices. I wont be back to any IHOP until they fix that. My server was slow and inattentive.

I wait here is always short, no matter the amount of people in our group. The food is always great. If you ever visit this iHop, you may want to request to be seated in the area Chris serves. She is awesome!

Food is very good but were not talking top cuisine. This is IHOP. But prices are reasonable, service is polite and rapid. 9 -11am on weekends is busy. Most other times a table is readily available.

Been waiting for 45 minutes on food, most of us ordered pancakes. Waitress has came to the table once. She is too busy talking to other workers and a table that her family is at. Wont come here again.

Went here after going to gym nearby and we were the first customer. Our waitress was really kind and accomodating. Food was served fast and she refilled our drinks immediately.
