I stopped in here last night with a friend after going to the Victory Pub down the street...The fried rice looks like they make giant batches of it and just reheat it when you order. The chicken fingers were so bad it was like the badder wasnt completely cooked. The cheese rangoon had a piece of lumpy, watery cheese in the middle. To top it all off the Pepsi tasted like soda water with a little syrup in it. The guy was nice and the food was done within 5-8 minutes - hence the two stars. Mind you, this was at 12:30 AM...maybe theyre not at their best in the middle of the night...so close up shop then!lol

its not bad for chinese i mean obviously its not going to be better than Little Asia nearby or the other GC in Day Square but for this area it is pretty good prices are usually pretty good too a little cheaper than most so that is a +. if your in the area give a try its good if your hungry and want something quick most of the Combo specials are pretty big too so you will not leave hungry. the inside though however is pretty old and the place looks like it could use some updating not many seats so take out would be best from here the restroom is tiny too.

Been ordering from here for almost 4 years, food is always great, but their customer service is horrible. When getting delivery Im almost afraid to call because the employees/owners who answer the phone are so rude. I was yelled at for hanging up and calling back because I thought they hung up on me. Every time I have called theyve been super short and annoyed like Im bothering them by giving them business. great chef, Id work on your people skills

Terrible food. Was told 5 minutes, and it was 5 minutes but with 5 minutes comes terrible food. Sweet and sour chicken was frozen, the rice was bland. Id prefer them to take longer and the food taste well as opposed to this. Was extremely disappointed. Waste of money. Didnt eat any of it

Like this is the number one tasting and customer service customizing orders is never a problem and theyre open late and the girl behind the counter with the awesome haircut she is meant to be customer service interacting with people all kinds of people she got skills

The food here is decent but the service is not good. The restaurant refuses to deliver to me. I live 5 minutes down the road in Orient Heights and they are scared of their drivers getting molested. Dont they know the drivers can be molested anywhere they are? 1 STAR.

Its just an amazing place to eat from. Its open late, they deliver, & the food is worth it. I been getting food from Great Chef as far back as I can remember & im 34. Im closer to the other location, but tastes the same & fast delivery from nice people.

I called them at 12:00 am & I had to called them back 2 times to ask them where my food was & she said "it will be there shortly " that was at 1:03 am , it is now 1:28 am , I still havent received my food .
