We came here because we wanted to try the new pumpkin spice & apple ring pancakes. (we usually go to Dennys). The service was good, thanks Nick. The packers were very disappointing. The apple rings were hard & not easy to chew & the pumpkin ones had very little flavor & were very dry. We also got the combos. Our has browns were almost raw & the bacon was under cooked. I sent my plate back & finally got it back 15 minutes later. My mom & I go out to eat after her Drs appointments, which isnt very often & she really doesnt go out except for Drs appointments & occasionally the store, (shes 81) & she really looks forward to our meals out. To say the least she (and I) were very disappointed with our meals & in the future will be going back to Dennys. The only reason you got 2 stars instead of 1,is because Nick was awesome.

When its busy its really busy. Friends like to go after Sunday church. Yes there are still people who go to church! Many families there for pancakes and berries when were there but I like the fish meals. We often add the salad an a 1.50 extra well worth it. So good. No iceberg lettuce. Some kind of frilly lettuce I did have growing up. Right near Michaels, DC shoes (think I got wrong name) dollar tree, car parts store, church supply store, dentist office, golf store for u guys, and mid eastern grocery store. Be sure u turn into right restaurant because there are several and first time I turned into wrong place to meet friends and didnt know why they werent there!

Went at a busy time, just me. Asked how long the wait was, was told Id be in shortly. They cleared a two-seater (fine, it was just me after all) and had me seated within five minutes. Great, Im thinking. Nearly half an hour later, the manager comes over and asks if Ive been served. I hadnt. Said theyd get my server to me. Fifteen minutes or so later and the server comes over, asks what Ill be having to drink, doesnt ask if I know what Im ordering, then disappears to get my coffee. Ten minutes later, still no coffee, I stand up and exit the building. If youre that busy, just let me go somewhere else.

Dont go here for breakfast at dinner time, they do a awesome job in the morning but failed to make the cut in the evening. We showed up around 430, three cars in the lot should have been a good clue. Took forever to get the food out, and when it arrived it looked like my crazy Senile 100 year old grandma made it. There was something so wrong with the pancakes, some Ingredient was missing........nevver again! AM only from now on, oh by the way the server was great!! This is how it came to our table.

Find a different IHOP! Spoke with Mary to complete a large pick-up order, and it went terribly. I said the orders were separate but when we got their they were all on ONE TAB. Then when I asked her to separate the orders, she said she couldnt because it was a lot of work and she didnt have the change... WHAT? ITS 8 IN THE MORNING. In addition, our orders were not made correctly and were missing items. Not the best experience, our office will not be ordering from IHOP for breakfast a second time.

Its an IHOP... and the food is tasty and consistent with what you have come to expect from IHOP. However, this is a darned busy IHOP location so it is best to come during off hours if you expect to get a table within 30 to 60 minutes and if you like attentive service. IHOP prices have gone up significantly over the years, in my humble opinion, and are no longer in the same low fare class as places like Dennys. However, the atmosphere is better and it still seems to be a good deal.

This IHOP is the worst that Ive been to. The staff are rude and the service is super slow. Theres a long wait to be seated and an even longer wait to get your food. Honestly, Im not sure if its this location or all IHOP locations, but the food isnt all that. They offer specials from time to time throughout the year. They offer a free meal of IHOPs choosing on Veterans Day. The IHOP secret is that they offer a Veterans discount daily but its not posted and/or mentioned.

+JMJ. When I lived in Richmond, IHOP, was one of my favorite places to eat anytime breakfast!! Every visit was offered a taste sensation. One particular meal found me savoring their seasonal selection of pumpkin pancakes lathered in a delicious cream sauce and candied pecans. It was practically to-die for delicious. I was never disappointed in any of my meals or with the service. Also, loved the family atmosphere. Children being present was never a bother.

Just left there, had lunch with my cousin. We, always gave great time when we go. We always request one of two of are favorite waitresses. They are both spectacular. Unfortunately one of them gave me the bad news that she will be going to the Hull st. location. Will Miss her. If, the other one leaves , I guess I will have to do , lunch elsewhere. The food there is also great quality.

I was there today at 2 PM with a friend of mine. We placed our order around 2 05 PM and the food never came. There were people who came after us and had even finished eating over the waiting time. We told the manager its been too long and he was blatantly rude to us. So we left to find a place to eat done place else. Very poor customer service.

The food was good, but they were dealing with too many flies during our visit. Weve visited this location before and the amount of flies in the restaurant has never been as populous as this last visit. I probably wont be revisiting until they take care of this issue; may reconsider in the fall when the weather is cooler.

The customer service was not as good as the staff during the morning. My husband and I usually go between 11-1p and have always had exceptional service and it has always been consistent. However, it was very noticeable the the evening staff are not as enthusiastic. Consistency is the best policy.

Typically iHop. That should say enough. I come here often but not by my choice. An obligation to elderly family members requires it. Uhg... The food is consistently mediocre. I will never understand why people line up like the Rolling Stones are in town to eat at an iHop. Enough said.

Usually get great service and super yummy food. Pretty consistent over the years Ive been there. DO NOT assume that the other locations are similar. There are two I would eat at in the Richmond area....this is one of them. The other is off of Hull Street Road near Woodlake.

This is a disgusting place. My Fiancee ordered orange juice and the glass was not even washed properly. Things were stuck at the bottom of the glass. poor hygiene. she felt like throwing up after drinking that. This is the worst restaurant i have ever been to.

This IHOP is just so so. Nothing special but the food is usually hot. I got a burger today, everything was good except I totally got a frozen patty. You can tell a frozen patty from a fresh hand pattied burger. As always, the pancakes are like crack
