Our first time coming here and we are sold!! My husband and I had a craving for boba tea so we came from Roswell to try SunO, which is down the street and boy, did we leave disappointed. Leaving, we saw Boba Mocha and figured we already came this far, might as well try them too. Boba Mocha definitely made our night better! We agreed wed definitely go out of our way for this place again and again. The manager, who immediately greeted us, is super friendly, helpful and made my husband and I feel very welcomed. This place is nice and homey. Families were enjoying dinner and playing board games. My husband got the Yum yum fresh fruit drink with Boba and popping boba and I a pina colada and strawberry mix with Boba. They are amazing!! We got two more for drink later! Highly Recommend this place!!!

This spot used to be amazing (Almost 3 times a week), and I recommended a ton of friends/ colleagues here. As time went on the quality seemed to be going downhill and now I need to find a new bubble tea place. I believe the new staff does not take their jobs too seriously / care about the customers. I order the same drink every time, and it seems to come out different / never the same. When I address that it is not what I ordered instead of making it OVER, they proceed just to remove the items that were not asked for and pour it into a new cup. The reason why I do not ask for certain toppings because I do not prefer the taste so why pour it out and into another??? I gave this place three chances since the first error to correct my orders the right way, sadly it is not the same as before.

I have been coming here since this establishments grand opening around 2 years ago and it is refreshing to see something more unique and passionate than your local starbucks. From the boba tea to the coffees and even their normal teas, I have never been disappointed in the quality or price of their products. Aside from the beverages, their hot entrees, snacks, and local favorites are always changing and always taste amazing. The desserts look great and many are homemade, but I have yet to try them. Something for next time I go, I suppose. Staff are friendly and service is excellent and there is FREE WIFI access (the password is on the register). I recently had a chai tea and calamari while I was in the area and it was excellent, as always. Highly recommended.

This place is absolutely adorable! Everyone here is always friendly and it is ALWAYS clean. I bring everyone I know to boba mocha! Great place to sit back and socialize, plus the prices are completely reasonable! Also great if u want to do some reading, or studying (they have free wifi). Theres also a patio outside, which is awesome when u come with your buddies during the afternoons. overall this is the best boba place to go if youre in the area. The yum yum smoothie with mango jelly, taro milk tea with coconut, and the chamomile iced tea with honey and aloe vera jelly are the absolute best. If youre tired and bored with your local cafés and want to try something different, definitely come here you will not regret it!

Good service. If you want something quick, this is a good place. However, they have a big menu for a small place. I ordered fried ice cream, hoping it was made to order. It came out in a few minutes. The outside of the fried ice cream tasted similar to bread. I expected the taste to be something more. Their main menu should have included fried ice cream. I had to look around for a good while until I found the fried ice cream item on a poster... Facing a wall and not to the incoming customers. Bad placement, if you ask me. My friend ordered a strawberry green tea. It wasnt as cold as we wanted. After tasting it, we felt there should have been more strawberry flavor, mostly tasted tea.

Always come in for an avocado smoothie without sugar & milk for my daughter(shes lactose intolerance). This time I wanted to try the taro smoothie without sugar & milk. They gave me a 3/4 filled petite size taro smoothie with sugar & milk. Then lied to me twice saying the taro was fresh and they cannot disclose any ingredients in the smoothie. After an exchange to avocado smoothie. They filled it 3/4 of a pretite size and gave it to me again. BTW, I always tip the employees there.....so if you care for good smoothies and good service, come after 7pm when the owner is there. He is the only one who care about the business.

I dont hate this place but I dont like it either. Too many workers talking to one another even though there was a line of people.. I feel as if they dont take their jobs too seriously. Come on! You guys need to act more professional even though it is a chill place. So I switched my boba place to a different place.. other than that.. their Thai Milk Tea is too sweet (whoever made mine made it too sweet and I felt like I was going to get a cavity.. not good!). Only thing I really like about this place is that you get 3 free toppings in your drink! But yea.. thats about it.

There are a ton of bubble tea places in the area and I find myself always going back to Boba Mocha. The staff is warm and friendly and their bubble tea is good. They have a lot of combinations, you can customize your sweetness level and they use real fruit in their smoothies. Their food is mediocre, nothing special but not bad either. I definitely recommend checking the place out, especially if you dread braving the long line at Sweet Hut down the road.

This is my happy place. I love the friendly and laid back atmosphere. The bubble tea is the best Ive tasted, I live about 20 miles away and pass many other bubble tea shops and this is ALWAYS worth the drive. Try the Earl Grey milk tea with Tapioca. I bring everyone I know there and theyre always impressed. Try the teriyaki chicken buns or the fried mushrooms! You cant go wrong with this place and Im a customer for life

LADIESS!!!! THIS WILL MAKE YOUR BIKINI JUICES TASTE SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Swear to you, and I have a witness, (also tried it myself). I got a large pineapple kiwi fruit smoothie with tapioca pearls and popping boba. It was hot outside and it was good so I bought another one. I also had one the next day... so sweet it caught my man offguard. Hahaa thank you Boba Mocha <3

One of a kind bubble tea place. They also have snacks menu and recently they also have meals available. I really like the chicken laksa and chicken noodle (bakmi ayam). The owner is really nice and very customer oriented. The most friendly business/restaurant owner Ive ever met. they have a variety of drinks too, my favorite is the mango slush because they use fresh fruits

The boba tea here is LIFE CHANGING! Guy at the register was almost cartoon-esque with how nice he was. He was super helpful and gave me great suggestions! The vibe was really chill too. Please tell everyone you know to go here! Id hate for them to go out of business. Definitely an example for other businesses that deal in customer service!
