I came here with my boyfriend at about 11pm. It took 5 minutes for someone to notice we were there. We ordered and while we were waiting we could hear waitresses and management arguing with each other. As our food was brought to our table I heard the waitress tell the manager that our hashbrowns were supposed to have cheese in them. She said specifically "I dont know anything about it" and handed our food to us incorrectly. We made her take it back and a single slice of cheese was placed on top of the hashbrowns. No quality or care to our food at all and its not like speed was the focus because we sat in there for an hour and a half. The entire atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable. Nobody wants to sit in the middle of arguments. Needless to say, start to finish was a disaster. Im not sure if it was that one night or if this is a regular thing, but either way I wont be back to find out.

Food was cold, simple grilled pork chops were dry as wood. I even had a manager to take them away and have them replaced with more grilled pork chops and they were still dry/overcooked. The thing about it is it was Fathers Day so the place was packed so you would think the last thing they had time to do was overcook simple uncomplicated grilled pork chops. Even my wifes French toast and eggs were cold. Go figure... you would think being that crowded you would want food to get out hot! 3rd and forth visit that this has happened. The first time I went there my wife and I got there just when they opened so we were the only customers there and my food still came out dry and cold. So its not like I didnt give them a chance. Good luck.

Great service gone horribly wrong, and then kinda right again. Would recommend to anyone who is a fan of bestiality. Yolanda showed me a very interesting IHOP experience unlike one Ive ever had before. When I greeted by Yolanda, I had originally thought she was a cardboard cutout of a human being that had been left in the rain for a few days. However, at second glance, I saw she was actually a 53" 160LB Mexican lady. The first thing I thought when I saw her is "Call immigration". She was obviously used to this because when she saw that look in my eyes she pulled out a little green piece of cardboard that had "GREEN CARD" written on it in permanent marker.

THIEVES! 2 nights in a row IPHONES STOLEN! NEVER GO TO THIS IHOP... they have a COP there ALL THE TIME. My mom left her iPhone on the table and the next minute we turn around to get it, it was gone. YES, the manager did go in to see the recordings, but I DID NOT SEE THE RECORDING... We left the store an hour ago and its pathetic that these people are such THIEVES. Management is surely involved if they cannot track the thief. The night before, many phones were stolen (07/26/2014) and then tonight my moms! PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC. NVER GO here!

Gotta stop asuming that you need a spanish speaking waitress because of your looks. Then the waitress get all offended and surprised when i start speaking english. Im from southern italian descent and i feel i have to explain all the time. Food was cold. They would come every 3 minutes to pick things up,or check on us.Annoying.

Awesome service by our server, Quasean. Food is typical IHOP which would rate a 2 or 3 out of 5; all the rest of the 5 are due to our server. If you go ask to be seated in his section - he is friendly and attentive we never needed to look for him he was right there whenever we needed with a smile and great attitude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just ate there and they served me my food with a red crayon in it. Thats right... A CRAYON! The manager had the audacity to insinuate I put it in my food. I was planning on eating that, buddy. Why would I ruin it? Worst customer service ever. Our waitress was nicer, though.

If you like pancakes or crepes this is where to go. A family focused restaurant with Senior and children specials, such as Kids eat free nights. I enjoy going with my family during off-peak times, which are during early evenings during the week. Very popular on the weekends; expect to wait for a table.

Decently busy for a Friday morning, I got the eggnog pancakes with hashbrowns, ham, and scrambled eggs with cheese. The eggs were amazing and very rich. The hash browns and pancakes were decent. Our server Danielle was very nice and attentive. Would eat here again.

I placed a to go order for one item and I waited 50 minutes!!! Unacceptable. The manager then had the nerve to not want to give me a drink refill during my wait. The food looked like it was thrown together in the container. I will never go there again!!!

Service was nothing spectacular. The food, well the food was horrible. I asked for s patty melt. Its called a melt because it is supposed to be melty & hot. It was warm & the cheese was no where to be found. The burger was horribly dry & inedible.

Great food as expected for an IHOP chain. Servers are very friendly even when sometimes we notice they have too much on their plates. Had a server one night named Kevin also and he was great, had a very positive vibe even though it was busy.

Ordered a waffle with fruit and cream and got a tbsp. Of blueberries and cream looked like it got squirted to the last drop. And to top it off, the Belgium Waffle came out warm to almost a cold temp.

We came for the cart track and wasnt disappointed. The carts were fast and my family of four were allowed to go out and "race". We will definitely come back.
