I love this burger joint! The food is made as you order it and the flavors show it. I had the mushroom char add caramelized onions (yum!) and my husband had the char Santa Barbara style. We were both very impressed. This location just opened up and was fairly busy, but I only had to wait less than 10 minutes for our freshly made burgers. I was carrying my baby and the staff insisted on helping me carry the food out to the car. So thoughtful! Also, I loved the freshly made strawberry limeade with cucumbers. Great touch!

After reading decadent descriptions from the menu and getting our taste buds going, my wife headed out to pickup our online order. We were told it would be ready at 5:40 PM. We arrived a little early, paid, and were told they only needed to finish our fries. We watched our chicken sandwich and burger die on the counter as we waited. After lingering more 20 minutes and being stonewalled by an unapologetic manager... we finally left with soggy buns, tepid meat, and disappointed taste buds.

We went for the first time on a Tuesday evening before catching a movie. The location has plenty of parking & the inside is clean & modern. It has comfy booths and some outside tables. We had the double char burger with fries & mocha shake. Service was friendly, prices good & wait time short. The burgers were delicious, plenty of filling & the patty cooked perfectly. Fries were crunchy & well seasoned. Mocha shake tasted like a blend of Arbys & Beans & Brew, yummy. Well be back for sure.

Everyone here is so friendly! From the manager to the cooks in the back. Food is made to order and they do a great job at making sure your order comes out quickly and accurate. Their food is fantastic! The places always spotless and everyone is always eager to help or answer any questions you have. The staff is very knowledgeable about all their products.

We love the burgers and fries. Also love the strawberry limeade, I hardly ever get drinks when I go out to eat, but I cant resist here. My husband is gluten free so its nice that we can get his burger lettuce wrapped. Its also a nice place for our kids because they love the grilled cheese and the little gummy sandwich that comes with the kids meals.

The server was very nice and management was great. We asked if they would turn on outside heaters and they jumped to do it right away even though they were very close to closing. The food was only ok. But I am not into messy burgers. I prefer more veggies on my burger and less sauce.

When I want a classic burger this is what Im looking for. Their burgers are always juicy and flavorful, its only ever been busy one time Ive gone in there and even then we still got our food quick. If youre looking for a juicy flavorful burger this is the perfect place to go.

The grilled chicken club sandwich was terrible. The chicken was like rubber and I just ended up taking it off and eating the rest. Would never order chicken there, again! The fry sauce was the only redeeming factor!

Im not the type to usually leave a bad review, but I was so unimpressed with this place. The patty on my burger was very dry and it had brown avocados on it. On top of that it is overpriced. I was very disappointed.

My son has given up on In & Out Burger since Habit Burger opened in Jordan Landing. I would recommend the Tri-tip Steak sandwich. Its a family favorite.
