The restaurant was clean. The friendly service was sub-par. While waiting for our burgers, I noticed 2 employee with their smartphones out, surfing the web. Right out in the open for customers to witness. The employee who was making the burgers was wearing gloves while playing with his germ ridden phone. I asked the cashier to have the cook change his gloves before preparing our food. Seemed like a reasonable request. I was very polite about it. When asked to change his gloves, the cook turned his head, looked at me, and gave me a nasty look. My husband said, "boy, he didnt like that request". The employee was very obvious with his body language. To me, thats just as bad as not washing your hands after going to the restroom. The food wasnt even that great. This is not a well planned scheduled vacation. We are in SLC visiting a sick family member. Oh how I wish I were staying in a vacation rental that has a kitchen to cook in. With that being said, I will never eat at Crown Burger again.

Um, wow! Ive eaten a lot of bacon cheeseburgers, but I have never had one with the bacon piled this high before. It was piled thick throughout, but in the center, it was six slices high, thicker than the burger patty itself, which was quite hardy itself! The burger tasted great to boot. Their fries were also very good, especially with their "fry sauce". The restaurant is a bit dimly lit (at least in the raised center section where I ate tonight), and its furnishings are a bit dated, but that didnt detract at all from me having a very good dining experience. I was looking for a good, quick meal, and thats exactly what I got here at Crown Burgers. Any time Im back here in SLC, I can easily see myself eating here again.

Went through the drive through. Had to scream my order to the Mic, repeating myself over and over. Thats fine. However, I had to pull to the side for my order, which is fine as well. But the lady bringing the order to my vehicle was rude and had a terrible attitude. Food was okay. The burger was so greasy however, when I got home, to pull my order from the grocery bag filled with other orders for my family, the burger fell right through the bag, the grease was all over the place and the burger fell all over the counter. Putting back to gather what I was still able to eat, not the best. But okay food of course, not expecting much from a crown burger. But overall, rough experience.

Its interesting when I first came to this place as a teenager, it was all about the root beer float, and it was indeed great. But now all I can think about, when it comes to Crown Burger, are the succulent signature pastrami hamburgers, and greasy fries with some of the best fry sauce in the state (and thats saying something for the same state where it was invented). Ive never been to a White Castle joint, but their whole castle feel has to have some serious competition from Crown Burger. The whole setting on the inside creates an atmosphere where you feel like royal guests.

To park here without getting towed you need to purchase a minimum of $18.00. I understand wanting only customers in your lot but, I cant eat $18.00 worth of food alone. I just wanted to go in and get a meal for myself but, being forced to pay a minimum of $18.00 is ridiculous. Maybe $8.00 which is what most meals cost there, not $18.00. This is the only crown burger location where Ive ever been told this. Went to small business burger joint down the road and to be honest it was better anyway. Thanks for helping me find a new little burger place!

The food is fairly good, but very overpriced. This is mostly because the place has a prime location within walking distance of several office buildings, so it receives a continuous streams of office workers. They manage to keep wait times to a decent average though. Although I mean no disrespect, the place is completely staffed by hispanics who have very strong accents and sometimes can barely speak English. This can make ordering very difficult, especially since the place is very loud and sound echos in the building.

Crown Burger is great for a greasy burger when the craving hits. This location especially is wildly popular on Jazz game nights due to their free parking offer with the purchase of any meal (if you are not going to a Jazz game, avoid this location at ALL costs on Jazz nights. Its a mad house and youll be waiting for quite long). The location is very clean and run like a machine normally. Its not incredible, but definitely a good choice for an above par burger.

First time in SLC and I asked to go to a place that I couldnt find anywhere else. I found myself at Crown Burger and was better for the experience. The Crown Burger itself is well worth it! Tasty beef burger topped with pastrami, lettuce, tomato, and their special sauce was delicious! Fries were good, too. The decor was eclectic, but it worked. Its sort of a mix between Greek ski lodge and New Jersey diner. Honest. Go there. You wont be disappointed.

The food here is OK but ist really anything to go out of your way for. The food is fresh but often inconsistently prepared (e.g. overcooked, poorly assembled). Frankly, the last three or four times Ive been here with friends I have wished for something better to eat but enjoyed the company anyway. There are a lot of options in downtown SLC so, unless you have a real hankering for something on this menu, dont bother.

Very uncomfortable atmosphere and the food was served room temperature. The announcers voice was loud and annoying on the speakers. The burger tasted good. The gyros were served on pitas that you could pick up at Maceys. The ingredients didnt seem anything special, so basically an overpriced fast food joint. I just hope its clean, germ-wise, though, because there werent plates or enough trays.

The word classy is not normally associated with fast food, with one notable exception: crown burger. Its one of the nicest burger joints you will ever visit, and the food doesnt disappoint. Ive worked across the street from crown burger for 20 years, and have eaten there more times than I dare admit. And after all this time, I still crave their jyros, milkshakes, and crown burger specials.

its usually pretty good here... as long as you dont order something the employees dont like to make... almost every time I order the gyro the employees yell, curse & call me names. I guess they assume only Mexicans speak Spanish.... guess what?.... other races can speak Spanish too.... if you dont like your job,... get out!... there are tons of out-of-work people willing to replace you:-)

Nothing really. I would put zero stars if I could. This place has really declined on quality food. Every time I get a drink it trays like they have not cleaned the soda machine. I got a gyro plate and was extremely disappointed in it. The ranch dressing tasted like blue cheese. I will not go back to this horrible establishment and I wont recommend it

This location is overrated. The staff is not friendly. They look like theyre mad all the time. The burgers are good, but the fries are soggy, cold or they tastes like old oil they even smell like it. Today i ordered a chicken salad. And the chicken was so dry that i couldnt eat it. They gave me a greek chicken salad with 5 pieces of chicken
