Horrific is the only word that will properly describe my experience here. I went on mothers day 2016 with my mom that is handicapped she rarely gets out. To say the least this was a special occasion for her. I would like to start with I had a reservation which I was told on four seperate occasions that it would only be a 10 minute wait (this is how the kept me here). I waited a hour for them to finally have seat availability. There was absolutely no wait area seating for us at all. Me and my mother had to split up due to the fact the gave us a buzzer, and no seating was present. She sat, and waited in the car while I stood by with the buzzer. We finally obtained seats only to be clearly boxed in with tables 360 radius around us, and not one arms length between. I wanted to leave already. We placed a drink order which we had no incedent with, except for an extremely long wait to receive my beer. He also had to reach across me all night with everything he served my mom due to lack of space with our surroundings. We attempted to order an appetizer of calimari. They happened to be out of. We ended up with lamb instead. It took another 40min for the lamb to come out. All the time this company is still bringing tables in to set up for more customers. I felt bad for the waiter as he was having to apologize over, and over.I heard him tell the table next to us that the tickets were a hour behind of schedule. This didnt stop management from shuffling in the next unknowing customer. The lamb was good all things considered we ordered our food in between. Our platters only took an hour to be delivered. Another 20 minutes for a new beer in the middle of my meal.Constant traffic through. The dinner was ok considering the price I paid for it. I should have stayed home.At the end of the day Im out $250 out of pocket, 3 hours and 15 minutes of my time, and the best thing I can say is the lamb was pretty good, and beer was at a good temperature. I truly feel taken advantage of. Even worse for my mother though. For someone whom doesnt get out much to get there have an episode of I dont care about my customer occure. This was a mistake to say the least. Sorry for rambling I never leave bad reviews. I honestly feel like I was taken advantage of. To pay that much money and be treated as such makes me sick to my stomach.

I wont be back... I had previously eaten at this Bonefish location soon after it opened. It was average at best. I went back on Wednesday night with a party of 6. We were promptly seated for our 7 oclock reservation. When we opened our napkins and took out our silverware, three of us had received dirty utensils. I dont mean that they had stains from the wash on them, they had actual chunks of food on them. We really should have just walked out then. Our server, who was friendly, told us that bang bang shrimp is half price on Wednesday, so we ordered three orders. They came out very quickly. They were good, and reasonable at half price, but I would not pay $12 for a regular order. I can make them at home myself for half of that. An hour after our Bang bang shrimp had finished, we inquired as to where our food was. We were told it was being plated. 10 minutes later our entrees came out. 2 minutes after that, our salads came out. As far as I know, salad usually comes before the entree. My shrimp and scallops were undercooked, and did not have their lemon butter sauce. Not only that, but $20 for 2 scallops and 4 shrimp is absurd. When my reheated entree came back out it was still missing its sauce. I was not going away any longer. So I ate the tiny meal. The mashed potatoes that came with it tasted like they were from powdered potatoes with some added water and cardboard. The alleged potato au gratin that also came with it was worse than Stouffers cheddar potato bake. One person in my party found her fish to be dry and tasteless, while others said that the tiny crab cakes were not nearly as good as they are at the local diner. The restaurant only has one beer on draft. There is no Wi-Fi. Service was subpar overall. No manager ever came over to our table, despite the fact that we requested to speak to one. All six of us agree that we should have gone to a different chain seafood restaurant down the street, where we would have had a bigger better meal for less money, and with better service. There are so many better options at the King of Prussia Mall. Between the dirty silverware, the mediocre service, and the bad food, I think its clear why I will not be back.

This is the second Bonefish weve been to recently where weve been disappointed. The standards are just not what they used to be. The food wasnt awful but we dont plan on coming back. Water is served room temperature without any ice. The Bang-Bang shrimp was hot and delicious, but we could have made a complete meal with all the lettuce that was served underneath. When our meal arrived both our side dishes were piping hot but our entrees (shrimp and scallops) were room temperature at best. Am not even positive that the scallops were cooked through because they were still pretty wiggly and the restaurant was so dark. This is an easily correctable mistake if the server would come back and check to make sure every thing is satisfactory, which she never did (her only question was if she could get us a second drink). We had asked for coffee with our dessert, which was served in a gritty coffee mug, and again the server never came back to follow up. Had to go to the bar to get a replacement cup of coffee, which arrived as we were taking our last bites of our dessert. Only saw the manager stop at one table while we were there and that table apparently had a similar disappointing experience. I gave two stars because the food wasnt completely inedible, but if youre looking for consistently hot food on clean dishes and consistent service, this is probably not the best option anymore based on two similar experiences at two different locations.

My husband and I made a reservation for 8pm. We arrived at 7:50 and they reminded us that our time was 8. We had to wait.....many tables were open. Next, we were seated at a table where my husbands legs could not go under the table because a leave was hanging down. We then asked for a booth and the hostess replied ...I have to see whether that table has a server. When does a booth not have a server in the middle of the restaurant????? There was an undercurrent that we were in the way. At that point I wanted to leave, my husband calmed me and we were then seated next to a baby screaming the whole time...while parents were praising the child. It took the server 20 minutes to get to us ...while we watched her go to tables who arrived after us....still I wanted to leave..my husband continued to calm me while the baby was still screaming. Half an hour later ....now there almost 1 hour ...we received our drinks....I was trained by the Marriott Corporation in hotel and restaurant management and have trained many people in this career. The management here in King of Prussia Bonefish Grill needs help. This was an upsetting experience. I felt as the customer that we were in their way and we paid over 100 dollars for this...Be warned...these people are horribly trained. So many more things happened that needs help. I gave 1 star but really want to give no stars for this upsetting time. I will never go back to where my life does not matter.
