Really not sure where to begin. You go in and there are employees cursing and talking about their sexual encounters. The loudness from the employees all gathered around the front desk is insane! The employees will talk back to management, and sadly it is very clear that management allows such behavior. Sexual harassment and discrimination is rapid at this location. I am not sure what happened to Olive Gardens dress code either, but that seems to also be a thing of the past at this location. Is it a night club or a restaurant? It is worth ones time to drive to another location before eating at this one. I cannot get pass the behavior of the employees to even grade the food. I love Olive Gardens and have eating their food for years but this restaurant is not the same as the others. This is a shame because in 2010 this was a warm and inviting place to eat!

1ST and last time at OLIVE GARDEN ..4:30 IN THE AFTERNOON AND THE PLACE WAS LIKE A BAR.IT WAS SO LOUD THAT I HAD TO ASK MY WIFE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS TO REPEAT HERSELF.THE FOOD WAS OK,BUT I MUST SAY I HAVE HAD A MUCH BETTER SEAFOOD DISH FROM FRANCOS IN MECHANICSVILLE.NOT SURE WHY I DROVE OUT OF MY WAY.I FEEL PRICES WERE ALSO A LITTLE HIGH FOR THE QUALITY OF FOOD.MY WAITRESS WAS THE ONLY PLEASANT PART OF THE ENTIRE EVENING.NOW FOR THE KICKER--THE MENS BATHROOM WAS DISGUSTING.I TOOK MY 11 YEAR OLD SON INTO THE RESTROOM AND FOUND TOILET PAPER ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND POOP ALL OVER THE SEATS.YES I SAID POOP !!! SO I WONDER HOW CLEAN THE KITCHEN IS ?? WELL OLIVE GARDEN YOU GOT ME FOR ALMOST 100.00 BUCKS BETWEEN ME,MY WIFE AND TWO CHILDREN.HOPE YOU PUT THAT MONEY TO GOOD USE.

Every time Ive been to this location, I received a server that was piss poor. This place is ALWAYS slow. I mean how many times can you apologize for the wait, and you can bet that something you requested/ordered will be missing or forgotten; it never fails! I will surely use a little more gas and go to Short Pump next time than to waste my time and money here. The greeters at the front SUCK! They just look at you when you leave, probably because they can see the displeasure on my face that theyre used to seeing from everyone else and have nothing to say. Go somewhere else....trust me!

The waitress was nice. The food and drinks were terrible. My Long Island iced tea tasted like sour lemonade. Both our dishes were messed up. My boyfriends steak was cooked rare. He ordered it medium. My dish was swimming in oil and grease. They remade mine. My boyfriend didnt want his recooked because it would take so long. They comped 7 dollars off of the ticket so we still payed 40 dollars plus tip for terrible food and poorly made drinks. Well never go there again.

Wish I didnt have to give it any stars the only persons that were nice were the hostess and manager. This young lady named Destiny who took my to-go order was extremely rude she acted like I had intruded on her day. My lasagna wasnt cooked well I asked Destiny could they re-make it she acted as if I asked her to commit a crime. If you dont like working in customer service dont do it work in another field of work. This was the worst olive garden Ive ever been too!

Olive garden tends to be overpriced. Service is inconsistent; depending on your server, you may or may not be offered a choice of soup or salad with your entree, and may or may not be offered seconds on the soup or salad (for free). You can usually still get what you want if you ask for it, of course. The food is decent, but Id go to a locally-owned non-chain Italian place first if I can.

This place is so unprofessional, I eat at Olive Garden a lot. But the people who work at this location is trifling. First off I called TWICE to order Togo and the girl kept putting me on hold for long periods of time. So I decided to just order online. Second its always a group of ratchets at the damn register for nothing! like tf do some damn work.

Manager not friendly & response "That never happened before much less at the same table" Had no problem solving to figure out whose it was b/c everyone wearing nets, gloves Bullshit!!!! Food is perfect, place is clean, but i took off 2 start because of the slow service. It took them 40 minutes to get our meal after the appetizers. Even though our server was nice and apologize about the delay. During our dinner we asked for extra cheese for the dinner. It took them 10 minutes to get the cheese which is unacceptable

Despite it being Mothers Day and very busy, they were very quick and courteous throughout the entire process. I called in an order to go that they said will be ready in 30 minutes I arrived 20 minutes later to find that it was ready before I got to the register. Pleasant experience and pleasant hostess!

The Olive Garden can always be counted on for consistency and quality dining.. This store is no exception. Clean, quiet, and a nice selection of menu items. Endless salads and breadsticks are their signature. Good waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. I was very happy with our decision to eat here.

They offer gluten free pasta now! It is gross! I was very disappointed, but this pasta was poorly cooked, some pieces were under cooked so it obviously wasnt stirred much while being boiled, plus it didnt taste good anyway. If Id been dining in I wouldve sent it back and just ordered something else.

Today was the second time that I dined at Olive Garden, White Oak Village on Laburnum Ave, Henrico, Va. in one month. Both times the food and the wait staff were "excellent". Thank you so much for great tasting food and a very pleasant dining experience. 5 stars all the way!

Very average...no enthusiasm by staff. Even though our waitress was knowledgeable, she wasnt very friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Also, it was 2:15 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and the restaurant was kind of messy maybe due the lunch crowd...

Food was ok. There was a piece of plastic in the salad that was from the salad bag they used. Manager did waive appetizers off the bill. Waitress complained about her kitchen employees having attitudes, causing her to provide slower services than usual.

Never again will I go here. I dont know if all Olive gardens is like this one, but it was terrible. Seafood was old and bad tasting. Service was bad. Charged for something that I didnt order. Server ignored my request for service.

Left here feeling that I wasted my time and money; service was poor, food not as good as other Olive Gardens, salad tasted terrible, server barely came around on a day with very few customers. Will pass next time and go to Carinis.

We were seated at a dirty table It took forever to get our drinks, mind you there were all of 6 people in the whole restaurant. Our food came out cold, it just wasnt a nuce experience. The place seemed to be run by teenagers.
