Food: Eh 1/5 Service: Decent 3/5 Venue: Eh 2/5 Wait: 4/5 (it was Fathers day, and for party of 7 it was only 15 minutes). I ordered a the chicken and waffles sandwich. The chicken was hot but the waffles werent. The waitress (her name started with a C or K and she was blonde) couldnt tell me what came on it, her excuse was it wasnt very popular. The chicken tasted as if it had been in the same batter and fryer as fish, and was not appetizing. I had no idea the syrup for the sandwich was spiked, and the waitress didnt tell me either, I simply dont do any kind of alcohol. The sandwich was very saddening, and the cold overseasoned steak fries made it no better. Other orders come out with wrong condiments, and was was mistaken for crispy chicken even though grilled was ordered. The waitress reassured us she wasnt the reason that this happened, blaming the kitchen. First rule of food service is that the team is a TEAM everyone takes the blame. The venue is 2/5 because every time we go here they literally put us in the same exact spot at the back, I certainly believe there are more spots that can fit a party of six. Edit: 7/30/17 We went with a rather large party and I was very displeased. I learned from the sandwiches so I ordered the Banzai salad, certainly they couldnt do salad wrong, but I was completely blown away. The teriyaki chicken was burnt and when you burn food in a sweet sauce like teriyaki, it gets very very bitter. The salad had more white leaf than green, it was room temperature, and the garlic toast was cold and burnt. This was my third and final try. Ticked off service, because the waiter (Turner) spilled lemon water all over my dress shirt. I wouldnt have been too upset if he hadnt only resolved this with a pat of the back saying "Sorry dude". The waiters didnt know how to handle a large party with separate checks, and the experience all in all wasnt good. This is my fourth time at this Red Robin (I cant convince the family to stop going because it is the closest restaurant to our church), but I for sure wont be going back.

We walked in and there was no one to seat us. We know the hostess wasnt seating anyone else because the restaurant was empty. So we waited 5 min. She finally comes back with her phone in her hand and an attitude. As we sit, our server takes our drink orders. We order the nice cocktail beverages. He takes 15 min just to bring us the drinks. From the bar that we clearly see in front of us. Then we order food. We figured it shouldnt take too long cause nobody is really here anyways. I order the fetti alfredo and my boyfriend gets the burger. It takes them an hour to bring us our food and when we did get it, it was cold. It was disgusting. So when we brought up our concerns, the server just basically walked away and got the manager. Manager was nice. But the bill came and that was the last straw. There was bottomless fries on it that we never even got, the food was charged at regular price (even though they messed up our food and didnt even fix it), the only discount on this entire order were the drinks. It was the most frustrating and ridiculous experience I ever had at this location. And I had eaten at this one alot. I expected more from a place that I have been to many times with great experiences.

As a former staff member from a Red Robin out of state, all I can say is RR is steadily going downhill. While the staff at this location is helpful to a point, thinking outside the box or off the menu is clearly a challenge. When a guest says no salt on their fries the kitchen staff should be able to read the ticket says no salt. Thankfully the server was on top of things and fixed the issue. However, when a guest calls in asking about when the restaurant closes, telling them that since they are a family restaurant the bar and house close at the same time even though the two are separated inside the house, as all RR locations do. None of the NW locations pull that on a Friday night. The house may close at 11 but the bar is open till 2am. The bar staff was fantastic. The house needs TCL everywhere: restroom paint peeling, ceiling tiles falling down, and dirty floors. Not RR standard.

It wasnt all that great I been there twice same spot and both times it took forever to get our food but tonight beats it. We ordered our food I literally watched three familys come in after use and was surved b4 us. It was very simle two kids crilled cheese one corndog one BLT and me a bacon cheese burger I saw other familys get there burgers b4 our it wasnt until we asked the waitress whats going on and she wasnt sure but apperently we were waiting on my burger wasnt cooked right. Shouldnt have to take me to say something about it for her to finally ask the cooks not even a manager who I think shoild of came and explained to us why its taking so long to get it out to us I wouldnt go again. Im not saying others shouldnt go bcuz its my opinion why I wouldnt go there again

I ordered a gourment burger & the brownie cake, which comes with a scoop of ice cream. My issue is if its a to go order why would you put the scoop of ice cream on top of the warm brownie?? Common sense that when I get home the ice cream will be melted, which it was melted & looked like milk poured on top of it -__- soooo theres no way of separating the brownie & melted ice cream no choice but to put it in the freezer..after 20minutes umm yeah the brownie was hard wasted my $. I would highly recommend to put the scoop on the other half of the container, use your common sense.

No appetizer or dessert and it took 1 hr and 45 minutes to have lunch there (family of 4). They said their computer went down, which I understand, but the wait staff all took orders by paper, so I dont know why that would add more than 5 to 10 minutes max if they got their act together. The worst part is that we waited forever to simply pay and leave. That is the worst - when your order was super slow, they know it was super slow, yet they still take forever to simply deliver the check and come back for payment. Just left there feeling exhausted and frustrated.

The whole staff was amazing! First off, we came in 40 minutes before closing and the greeter was still excited to sit us. The service was quick and well served. Every waitress there treated my family exceptionally well, especially my 4yr old autistic child who kept running around the restaurant. This is very important to me considering how much of an issue it can be for some ppl to deal with my son. I am very appreciative that the staff handled my sons condition very respectful and with patience. Without a doubt we will dine there again!

Excellent food. Phenomenal service. Good pricing. One time I was unhappy with a sandwich I ordered. they not only replaced my sandwich, but they comped the meal entirely. Keep in mind, I did not complain about the sandwich, nor did I request compensation. I simply let the waitress know that I didnt enjoy the sandwich as much as I thought I would. She went the extra mile to inform the manager who at that point stepped in and did what I feel is "going the extra mile". My tip equaled the price of the dish + 15%.
