There is a reason for this phenomenal amazing place to get a burger! So far they received the best burger in the USA , State of Arizona and every award possible in the Phoenix Arizona area! Their beef is fresh ground sirloin never Frozen! Fresh baked buns! Fresh toppings of the largest array of multiple things and things that you would never even think that would go on a burger! Their sides are extremely thick cut oinion rings, the most delicious sweet potato tater tots, unpealed French fries or a side salad that is a size of a chef salad without the meats! You can have your burger cooked to your desired on a flame broiled grill, (oh man I am getting hungry just writing this review) but what takes the longest time there, is you deciding what burgers you want or how to change it to your liking. However you can make your own burgers from scratch, they dont mind at all, what ever makes you happy! Makes them happy! Oh they dont forget that there are vegetarians! They have burgers and more for vegetarians as well! Their goals are to make every one very happy! They do have other very tasty things on their menu other than burgers. The BLT on Texas Toast with a huge stack of bacon on it. With crispy fresh lettuce and sweet sliced tomatoes of course you get a pic a side to go with that as well! But of course they do have ala carte but its just too hard just to have just one item there! Its a must to taste as much as you can! You can get chicken wings, barbecue ribs (oh I am so sorry they are called Pig Wings) and so many other appetizers that will make you so extremely happy for your enjoyment! For dessert they have such an amazing dessert, that is a fresh baked brownie that they call Pot Brownies! No No no THC it is just prepared in a deep dish thats like a pot! You could have it with Reeses Peanut butter Cup and between two slices of brownies! Also you can have it with pieces of Hersheys between two pieces of brownies! Then its topped off with syrup and marshmallow cream, ice cream on top of if you like! It is a phenomenal addition to the nice hot brownie! With ice cream or without it is no doubt something to die for! They also have great spirits to drink and some drinks they take out the spirts for the designated drivers or if you dont like spirits in the first place! Not to forget their staff, the are so much fun, so polite and so there to make you as happy as they can to make you feel like youre at your familys house or your moms house or even Grandmas house with the most tasty dishes your palate will ever reach! Its really worth the pennies you pay for the finest dishes!

Interesting Atmosphere. Good Burgers Friends had recommended Rehab Burger Therapy some time ago, but when I reviewed the menu online, it didnt hold much appeal for me. Finally, the other day when I had a taste for a Plaza Burger (burger with sour cream and chopped onions) Rehab was the only burger place I could identify nearby that definitely had sour cream on the menu. I walked in for a late lunch, and luckily found a seat at the bar. The place was packed both inside and outside. The staff was really swamped, but my server took the time to flash me a big smile when she came to take my order. I ordered my relapse (small, 5oz) burger medium rare with sour cream and onions. I was about to order sweet potato tots, but the woman to the left of me looked like she was really enjoying her skin on fries, so I decided on them instead. When my server brought my food, she again smiled, and I noticed that she made a point of smiling at everyone. It was a nice touch. My fries were hot, delicious, crispy and perfectly salted. My burger, unfortunately, was over cooked (well done). I didnt take the time to send it back because I was very hungry, and short of time. I did mention it to the server and she indicated that the kitchen tends to overcook the small burgers. She suggested that the rehab burger (large, 10oz) is more likely to be cooked to the desired level of doneness, but I also might want to order the small burger rare the next time. (I appreciated the information) She offered to have it remade, but I had already nearly finished it. It wasnt bad by any means, just more done than I like. If I could have given an award to her for friendly service, I would have done so. Overall I liked the place and enjoyed my food enough to go back and take a friend a few days later. We ordered our small burgers rare (with lots of emphasis..) and we received perfectly cooked burgers, although our fries were barely warm. We were short of time and happy with our burgers and let the cool fries slide. She loved the Hatch Burger, and I stuck with my sour cream and onion burger again.

I was visiting Arizona from Iowa and was very excited to experience Rehab Burger. I had heard some mixed feelings about the establishment and thought Id try it for myself. I went with my family which was a party of 8. We politely called in advance just to give them a heads up so they werent completely overwhelmed. (In no way were we expecting priority over someone who was waiting longer). When we arrived, only one party was before us. As we sit waiting for our table, 4 separate tables came and sat before us. We asked the manager what was going on and he was less than polite with my family and i. After 45 minutes of waiting, we finally got our table. When our waiter came, he was very polite and initially placed our table as priority as he knew we had been waiting. 39 minutes after we ordered, he came back to the table and stated he "dropped" our ticket and we needed to reorder. It took a total of 75 minutes to get our food, which was average at best. All it would have taken was a manager to apologize and act like he cared, but he had no interest. I do not recommend this restaurant in any way.

The food is excellent, but they take themselves a little too seriously. My girlfriend was staying at the hospital across the street, and she asked me to get some dinner for her here. They refused to cut the burger in half for her when we requested it, saying we dont cut our burgers in half, it ruins the flavor. When I explained that it was for my girlfriend who just had surgery and couldnt pick up their enormous burgers in her state, they still refused. Luckily I managed to get a knife from the hospital staff to cut it in half for her myself, but the fact that they tried to argue with me about a simple request was obscene. They could have simply warned me that cutting the burger might lessen the flavor and ended it at that, but the person who took my order actively argued with me and refused to do it. Again, the food is very good, but the staff is quite snobby, and refusing a small request from a hospital patient (when they are directly adjacent to a hospital) really turned me off from the place. I let the hospital staff know what happened, and none of them plan on returning - neither do I.
