I came around lunch time on a Sunday and expected it to be packed for some reason but its Super Bowl Sunday so I guess I can understand as to why it wasnt. Im usually a cynic when it comes to trying new things but the kebab made me feel a little bit at home. I come the west and grilling kebabs is our specialty ( dont mean to brag). My wife had the chicken kebab and I had the steak medium. We were given what looked like double layered tortillas with our food. This was my first time trying Persian food so I didnt have any expectations as to what Id eat my food with except of course the rice. I didnt much attention the rice except that when I finished the bread I began to eat the steak with it. My recommendation would be to definitely, definitely and I mean definitely pour as much of the grape seasoning on your food as possible. Definitely gives it a fantastic taste.

The quality of the food has been decreasing here for some time now. Today I stopped by on my way home from N.J. I called ahead to make sure they were open (around 2:30 PM), they said they were. So went in and ordered the "Koobeedeh". It was salty but otherwise OK. Roman the guy who waited on me is generally a nice guy. I also ordered 2 more dishes to go. When I asked for my check, I was told that their credit card system is not working or something to that effect. I told them, they should let the customer know before they sit down that it is a cash only place. After a few minutes, Roman somehow was able to charge my credit card. I was happy about that, but not the way he had surprised me. This place is not my 1st choice. Unfortunately these middle-estern restaurants dont take customer service too seriously. It is usually an after thought.

Anyone who wants to taste authentic persian food please do not go here, its an insult to persian cuisine. The reason they got one star is for the chicken kebab, which I would say was half decent. The rice smells and tastes stale, as though its been seating in a warehouse for too long, what they call salad Olivia is disgusting bland puree of indistinguishable mess doesnt in anyway resemble the traditional salad!!!. Thier kebab koobideh which is a chopped meat kebab tastes disgusting after taking one bite I refused to eat the rest, and not to mention the terrible pita bread served look warm and thick. Please bring an persian chef, hey mr. owner if you happen to be listening. I guess thats why the place is empty most of the time

I went around night time for my brothers birthday since we live around the area and didnt want to travel much. For appetizers I had the samosas which had a little bit of spicy taste to it but that was alright for me. I tried the lamb shank and my brother had the kobudeh which was delicious. They both tasted so good that I was confused on which one I should have. I would definitely recommend the lamb but done medium. I would definitely recommend you to come here if youre in the area!

I had a birthday party on a Sunday here . I was embarrassed in front of my guests . Most of the kabob and the chicken was undercooked . The day of making the reservation , the owner told me that it will be extra kabob after we finished the first tray , however the second tray was late and had few kabob . Half of my guests filled up on the appetizers and salad , but the staff was friendly . I would not recommend for you to go here , take your money somewhere else .

I came here 2 years prior and thought the food was ok and service was meh. Went under new management about a year ago and its a completely different place. The food is amazing!!! The service warm and friendly. Come hungry because the portions are big. My recommendation is get the kababs, any of them.
