We have been eating at Milanos for the past couple of years and have been very happy with the food. The reason for the 2-star review is solely around their service. Over time I have seen additional charges on my delivery bill that I thought nothing of, $.50 here, $2 there. Tonight was no different where I had an additional $.50 charge so I figured Id just give them a call to see why I was charged for something I didnt order and get my money back. To my surprise, I was presented the response "Sir, its only $.50 and we cannot justify sending a driver back to give you your money". So money that I should not have been charged, they are refusing to admit their fault and give me the meager over-bill back. In the end, its not really about the money but more about the lack of accountability on their end. The girl I spoke to was of no help and apparently doesnt know a damn thing about customer service. I did eventually talk to a manager to get my account noted for my next order but I doubt that I will ever see my overcharged amount back. I will give them that next chance to resolve the matter but if not I will probably not be a customer of theirs again. Dont get me wrong, the food is decent but I cannot justify in my mind to give them more money when overcharging their consumers is not a "fault" on their part.

Milanos has been a staple of "good" fast Italian food in the community. They have ALWAYS served folks well. Attention to detail, quality, and fast polite service have been a "norm" for them. Today however has been less that satisfactory. I ordered a simple cheese steak with extra provolone, xtra *3 mayo, fried onions and mushrooms. It first arrives with no chees or mayo - I call and tell them that there was no cheese or mayo - they say that they will send anther one. It arrives - now 2 hours after my initial call. This time NO mayo. I call aggrivated and rightfully so expecting that another will be sent out right away. No, I receive a call from god knows who because the didnt identify them selves stating that they will send some mayo - NO - they said that they should make it a 3rd time ??? I told them simply that they should have done it right the FIRST time. Unbelievable !! This place used to be the absolute BEST in town. Now - forget it - they are worthless. They clearly do not care about their customers or putting out the right food the first imte. They have lost their attention to detail and concern for those that have supported them over the years in the community. Avoid at all costs.

Convenient to get to living by the high school. Pizza is decent - think once it was cold but usually its hot. It does not have a Parmesan cheese taste which is why I like it; sauce is ok too. Friend Mushrooms are not fresh but they taste good. The chicken fingers are also decent. Think they give red sauce with mushrooms & barbecue with chicken fingers, we have to ask for ranch & honey mustard. One time I wasnt sure if my hubby remembered about the sauce, he forgot his cell so I called the store. Once they hung up they realized hed already picked up and called me back which I thought was nice. One thing we do not like is the packaging for the mushrooms & chicken fingers - Styrofoam which is usually melted together by the time the food gets home. Thankfully we have not lost food due to the melting, maybe a tip of a chicken finger. While its not the same as North Jersey or Burlington County, its still decent food.

The only Pizza place. I have been ordering Sicilian pizza here for more than 8years. I have never had a complaint, they have mastered their menu and you cant beat the quality. I have moved to Buena and I make the drive to Williamstown if Pizza or grill sandwiches are my craving. The staff are the best, the management is doing something very right because everyone is polite and friendly and happy that you are there. I think they know they are the best in town and are justifiably proud. I absolutely love this place.

This place is the greatest neighborhood pizza shop!!!!!!! The food is always fresh and on time. The service is awesome. The workers are always smiling and happy. The place is always clean and neat. The owner is very involved with the community and the schools. One time my son had a fundraiser at his school and Milanos pizza contributed to the cause. :). I highly recommend this place for anyone in the area or south jersey for that matter ! LOVE IT!!!

No matter when we order the service is great , the food is the ABSOLUTE BEST AROUND AS ARE THE PRICES , most places you order from have a small sandwich for a big price here at Milanos You Get What You Pay For We have not had a meal we didnt like in 16 years , my Favorites are a True Italian Sub Cheese Steak with fried onions & extra meat is one HUGE SANDWICH ,, & My ALL TIME FAVORITE STROMBOLI TRY IT YOULL LOVE IT

I have been going to Milanos for years. The last four times have been a true disappointment. When I called to order a white pizza with fresh spinach I was assured that it was fresh only to get it home to find it was frozen spinach.and to make matters worse now they charge $2.50 per topping say white pizza just cost me $22 not worth a single dime! I will definitely not be going back there!

Im not from around this area & wanted to find a great pizza place@ the last minute & it was late.. The owner stayed open for me & gave me a great price for 2 large pizzas w/ green peppers & fried onions on 1 and the other ½ pepperoni & sausage.. I have to say it was extremely good & my nieces & nephew loved it too! (11 months 2½ & 4 yr. old) I will definitely order again

Just saw an episode of ManHunters Task Force / US Marshall and they actually showed this place, ate there and said that It was the best pizza in town.... So, now I am going to have to take a ride and try this place out.... Pizza did look amazing on the show.... lol.....

I didnt even get to try the food...cause they said it was too far of a delivery mesn while Im less then 3 miles away from the business. Whoever answered the call seemed ok but like I was brothering him. N the other guy was just plain out rude.

Pizza has gone down a few steps in quality, burgers and sandwiches are reheated frozen garbage. My last order was chicken parm dinner and it was frozen chicken pattie covered in can sauce and a congealed brick of rubber they call cheese...

Been ordering here for quite some time .I have to say food went downhill .ordered chicken fingers took an hour to get here and it wasnt very good . Pizza dosent seem to be the same.plse correct the problem.

Ordered two white pizzas, and neither had ricotta. Called back and was informed that ricotta is a topping and is extra. Thats ridiculous. Only reason its two stars and not one is because delivery was fast.
