I have gone to Gyro Express for 13 years. The new place in Kelsey Creek, the employees are terrible. The food is longer the quality that it was when the owner and his original manager were there. The meat is either over or under cooked but no longer consistant. The new staff is extremely rude. I have been insulted by cashier for picking up take out in my gym shorts (just left LA Fitness). The employees are continually on their phones (not taking orders), they forget items for take out orders and do not apologize even when I have had to drive back. They behave as if I have inconvenienced them. Sadly, Im done. There are better places where at least you get consistent service and food quality. At a minimum the staff should be professional and courteous.

Horrible customer service, had a descrepinsy with the fries we ordered and instead of just giving us the ones we wanted they had to make an issue of it. I order there every week and we didnt even touch the order of fries because they were the wrong ones. He did not want to give us the fries or the money back. Gave us a hard time about it. Then he didnt give us the taxes we paid for the fries. When getting money back you get the whole amount including the taxes you pay! Learn some customer service and dont try to keep taxes paid. This was a great place but now its a joke! Also he said they have only 2 types of fries regular and greek. They have 3 types regular, garlic and greek. Learn your menu!

My husband and I were really looking forward to getting some Greek food and only wanted a quick bite before a movie. We arrived before closing but the employee refused to serve us in the restaurant since they were soon to be closing. I worked in a restaurant and I was always taught to NEVER shoo customers away unless we were actually closed. Furthermore, if a customer buys something to eat, they should be allowed to stay until they choose to leave. I was very disappointed since I knew we just wanted a quick bite anyways.

Good food and good portions, but staff was negligent about cleaning tables after customers self-bus tables upon finishing their meals. Both tables I wanted to sit at were soiled. I told the girl working the counter and she was indifferent to it. I watched other customers leave and the staff never bothered to clean those off either afterwards.

You know, people are picky, hence the bad reviews... Ill keep this simple. The food is yummy and the place has good atmosphere. If you want food, dont come in 2 minutes before they close. Simple as that! You think the meat is too salty? Dont eat Mediterranean food haha. Service was good in my opinion! What comes around goes around guys!

I had the Gyro Lunch Combo with fries, went during the lunch rush too. Had my food in less than 5 minutes and it was delicious, will definitely go again! :D

Maybe this is how Greek food generally is, but too salty. Halfway through, cant finish due to the salt.
