First time going! First, I am not overwhelmed with options, because you go out for a burger, simple as that. The employees are all so nice and give out positive energy, you would feel mean not to smile and talk back. They sound so happy to help make our day better by providing a good burger. The food was good. I got a burger and it was what I expect, just to be a burger, and not splattered with too much of the condiments. It was not too greasy either, surprisingly, which I like. The shake, nothing unique about it, but I did not expect it to be that way. I like this place a lot. Will go back just to feel good haha

I like their burgers, they toast the buns perfectly, they are always cheerful, my order is always correct getting it through the drive-thru. However, Im only giving them four stars because the fries just dont cut it anymore. For some reason they have changed their fries from when I used to go there in CA several years back. Now when you get the fries in the drive-thru, if you dont eat them right then and there before you take one bite of your burger, they go ice cold and taste like cardboard.

I came here via the drive through this afternoon. I was asked if I wanted onions, which, I thought was cool. I decided no, I didnt want any. Well apparently no onions means you dont get anything at all except meat on your sandwich. It was very dry and I was a quite disappointed and it wasnt very good. My fries were very dry as well. Honestly, this place usually isnt too bad and the employees are always nice. But this visit was quite disappointing. Oh well.

This place has amazing service and super friendly workers. Ive never had a bad experience at in N out before (and I come here a lot) and this location is no exception. You will wait a little bit for your food, but its always fresh and tasty when it gets to you. When I do go inside its clean and they are quick to take your order. Keep it up guys! Also, having the guy come out with the tablet to take orders in the drive thru during busy times is genius.

I have always had a good experience at this location, and one of my favorite things about them is that when you look at their health department inspections reports online (yes I look at these kinds of things!) they have had an extremely low number of minor violations compared to most other restaurants in the valley. Occasionally the bun of my burger will be a little dry and slightly hard, but the quality has always been consistent.

I am giving them a one star because their hamburgers are not always cooked through (red all throughout the patty). I have already contacted corporate and they informed me the problem has been fixed but I want people to be aware of raw hamburger meat, sometimes served at this location. Just check your hamburgers and if they are raw let the store know. -Thanks.

Legit the worst service. It wasnt even busy and it took 10 minutes. The man told us he had to write down our order because he didnt have a drawer. Then the right associate came and didnt even look at the paper and we had to dictate again. Almost every customer while I was there had to come back to get something right on their order. Ugh.

I cannot believe how friendly and upbeat the staff is, so good to see! the food is made right every time, they are very speedy, and I went drive thru the other day and since they did not take Amex they just gave me my food for free! hands down one of the best places to get a burger in this neck of the woods!

Definitely not "in and out". If you go through the drive through you can expect to wait atleast 20 minutes- no matter how busy they are. I write this review as I am approaching a half hour in a line which isnt super long. Its definitely not this long of a wait at any other location. Always good food though!

Great customer service, but Ive never had a saltier patty in my life. It was so bad that we had to bring our food back inside after ordering from the drive through. They were apologetic and immediately remade our burgers. After recipt of our second order, we found the parties were just as salty.

I love that they repeat your order on the speaker and when you pay and when you pick it up.. The best hamburger Well last year my 14 year old son ordered a 4x4 because his dentist said they are really good and worth the price.. Well he ate all of it.. which amazed me completely. .

Helps to have an organization founded on Christian values and it shows. Take a look at all the other reviews on faster food joints near here, particularly in the customer service area, then compare to here... Its not rocket science people. Good staff and good training goes a long way.

Supposedly fast food, but this place does take a little longer than say McDonalds. Worth it though. The food is never frozen, always fresh. Eaten at this location multiple times and have had a pleasant experience both in the dining room as well as the drive thru.

The food and staff are amazing. The did leave out my animal style fries, but when I called to see if I could pick them up the lady sent me out a card for a free meal plus they replaced them. I have never had a bad experience at any of the IN n outs in SLC valley.

Ordered two hamburgers today for my boys in drive thru. Told them no cheese and was given a bun with cheese that had been pulled off the burger. My sons have allergies to dairy and was very unhappy they were given this food. Will not be going back here again.

Id probably eat here more often if a couple things were improved: -Warmer food -Wish the drive-thru employees didnt have a script they had to read through before I could tell them what I want to order haha Its not bad, just not worth the trip sometimes

One star for good location. I went in to see what the hype was about and I was disappointed with the burger sizes and taste. Ill stick to Five Guys any day. Interestingly enough when Five Guys opened up, I never saw your parking lot full anymore.

Since I work nearby, I always stop by to grab a quick bite through the drive thru. Such quick and friendly service. Couple of my friends work there and they have said they love it. Amazing how the pay is $11/hr. Love this fast food restaurant

In-n-out is delicious! its so good! i always eat a double double when im hungry. The hamburgers are big and juicy i love them! The staff is friendly and ready to surve you the most delicious fast food! Everyone should eat at in-n-out!

The staff is nice the place very clean the lemonade was delicious! The fries very fresh, the burgers, tasty the shakes good ny order took about 5minutes to go out but i guess it was Worth it because everything was fresh and tasty!
