Food quality is hit and miss... usually have a 15 minute wait for pizzas they advertise as "hot and ready" during the time period promised. I have learned I have to call jy order in and pick it up if I want my pizza fresh and ready when I pick it up... they need to change that entire advertising promise.

Service is slow and there is always a wait in line. It defeats the purpose to have pizzas readily available if you have to wait on them. I would rather go to other chains and make a carry out delivery at least that would be more predictable.

Sometimes they dont have any $5 combos ready at lunch time, and there is a wait for them. Other than that the service and food are always good.
