First of all, the person who posted below me is an idiot and probably isnt aware that shes slightly racist. I cant speak Spanish AT ALL and I seem to be able to communicate and order just fine. Her post has nothing to do with the quality of the food as its pretty obvious shes never even used any of those three menus. And if shes never ordered from there cause she throws their flyers away all the time (since she considers them garbage) then shes NOT a customer, just some ol bitty (or at least on her way to becoming one) harassing someones business while calling to yell at them for trying to expand said business cause throwing away a flyer is just too dang hard. Back when I delivered pizza, Id have kept dropping off flyers on her doorstep just to keep getting at her, too. So her thoughts on customer service are irrelevant as is her rating. Dont give something a 1 star rating cause you didnt like how they left flyers on your doorstep, Moron. BTW, flyers do not qualify as soliciting as theyre not ringing your doorbell and trying to get you to order something in person, and theyre not trespassing if someone in your complex has ordered delivery from them. They dont drive out specifically to your apartment just to flyer as the world DOESNT revolve around you. They do it to a few of their customers neighbors after theyve made their delivery. Theyre doing their job. Youre dumb. Anyway, we used to frequent Buonos Pizzeria, which really does have AWFUL customer service if you get the old lady (who Ive seen FULL ON yell at a harmless family of three with a no-more-than 1 year old for "doing her daughters job" and cleaning up a dirty table themselves so they could sit down) but we tried this place on a whim from a flyer I got on my doorstep and instead of freaking out like some silly tard we actually used it for its intended purpose. Now I dont care who you are, the first time you drive up and go inside YOU ARE GOING TO underestimate this place but the food is EXCELLENT and at $7.50 AFTER tax ($6.99 before) for an XL 1-topping pizza (carryout only) you cant go wrong. And even though were aware its going to happen in advance, its SO freaking good that my girlfriend and I cant wait for it to cool down first so we grab one of only three tables, scarf it down, and burn the roofs of our mouths every time. So maybe if some of these other lazy, fat-lard reviewers got out of their houses for once, other than just to go to work (if they even have jobs), they could experience Redlines amazing deliciousness when its fresh, as all pizza should be experienced IMO, and which is when and what all reviews should be based on. EVERYONES pizza is bland when its old and cold or reheated and this isnt Dominos where they have 15 drivers on staff just sitting around diddling themselves while waiting for a run. Its an understaffed, REAL mom and pop pizzeria in a state unlike NY where everything in their delivery area is only 3 steps away in any direction. And as for what the yelp reviewers said the rude girl that used to answer the phones got fired. But if youre a stupid, elitist food snob and you think youre better at eating food than everyone else then you should probably drive your prissy butt to Snobbsdale and just get some overpriced, small portioned pizza from Sauce, or hang out with the bros before the kegger in Tempe at Nellos which neither are even as good as this place unless you like Nellos butter cracker, Red Baron microwaveable pizza crust. We moved about 10-15 miles further away from Redline but still make the drive 1-2 times a month when we want pizza even though there are probably 20+ other pizza places on our way there. Worth the drive EVERY TIME. In short, this place is awesome. So go. Now. Like, right now, Dummy. :)

I ordered a pizza with my card, and I caught the delivery guy outside going to the apartment next door. I let him know I ordered, and he falsely accused me of giving him "fake money". I paid by my card before it arrived. I stayed calm and let him know he had the wrong person, and not only did he refuse to give me the pizza I bought, he spit on my doorstep. I told him I would be calling the cops and he resorted to racial slurs. (he is hispanic, I am caucasian.) The delivery man looked dirty, and the pizza really lacks quality here anyway, its probably the worse place in Mesa to go to. Its just the cheapest. I called management and they refused to do anything. Its fine, I disputed it in 5 minutes and ordered elsewhere. With the horrible reviews, this place should reconsider hiring better employees and not people that looked like they just got off from their construction job and practice better business.

Great food! Ive ordered for delivery a few times. Wings are some times great...sometimes not my cup of tea. I prefer slightly crunchy wings. Their supreme pizza and cheese cake are awesome! We love the flavor. They have a 20inch pizza with chicken wings and a 2 liter for a really good price. Ive eaten in the place once. Its decor is basic but still they try and succeed with customer satisfaction. My children never eat Supreme pizza unless its from here. Its not a french bistro....but its not terribly fast food either. Yes deliver can take 40minutes and up depending on how busy they are. They make it fresh when you call. If you want it sooner then go and order it in person.

I ordered a large special all meat pizza with mushroom that cost me nearly 20 bucks. After waiting for nearly an a hour, They delivered a large pizza nothing but mushroom and cheese?! Theres barely and marinara sause on it! The pizza was cold and the mushroom was raw! I just thought to give this place a chance since theyre selling cheap pizza and I saw a flyer on my doorstep but this is just awful! I dont know how place stays in business for this long but I think it needs to shut down. Customer service are the worst! People if youre reading this. Do yourself a favor and burn or throw away the flyers when you see them!! This place is an insult everyone, no class whatsoever.

I received a door hanger ad from this place. I called and when I asked how much their delivery charge was, the guy that answered paused and said something unintelligible like, "I cant answer you now". I said I just want to know how much your delivery charge is. He said he was busy and cant take delivery order now. Again, I said, "I just want to know how much the delivery charge is". he paused then hung up. I called back a few times and no answer. Too bad I cant leave 0 stars. Ive never been there and I wont ever now.

Awful service, awful wings. The pizza was OK at best. The wings were very small as you can see, burnt, hard, and dry - at least 2 or 3 days old. It was clear that they were cooked previously, stored then refried. Its obvious that they dont care about the quality of the food or the customers. I called there and was hung up on, and called back just to tell them that they wont be in business very long. We were trying to support local businesses instead of going to like Pizza Hut or Dominos...wont make that mistake again.
