Order our food over the phone only to get to back and find out that wing stop didnt give us our veggie sticks and ranch which they charge us for the ranch is 88 cents almost a dollar like do your job right and stop making people waste their gas by going back and honestly I think we should of gotten like some free fries or something but no the manager just laughed at me when I asked what they were going to give us back for messing up our order.

Very impressed with this location! First time in months Ive gone to a WingStop in the Corpus or any surrounding location! The staff was friendly, the store was clean, and was told the estimated wait time... And I personally know how crazy a night can be so I didnt expect my food to be ready at 21 minutes... but it was!!! Shout out to Jazlyn and everyone working tonight! Great job!

I used to love wing stop, I dont know if its just this location and the one in Calallen but that has changed. I do not mind the wait it is completely understandable but when the boneless wings are just burnt crust the fries are soggy and the customer service is minimal at best that is another story. I suggest Pizza hut in portland or Chillis for better wings and experience.

I tried them out and it was okay had to get my order fixed. I rate them 5 stars because they were nice and it is understandable. The other reviews here seem to not understand that they just opened and do not know their busy hours so are hit randomly. Since it is still new they are trying to adjust and have the right crew to get better.

Normally Hot Wings means HOT! I specifically asked for WET because thats what was advised previously. I tend to give any restaurant a second and third try.... Still not satisfied. Very frienly over the phone but a far as experince went, not good. Maybe its this branch.

Ordered a family pack to go. Wings were like rocks!! Stuff was missing and drove all the way from ingleside to go get. Spoke with manager and was very kind and understanding and fixed our order.
