I have gone here twice within the past month. the first time they gave me cold french fries. When i asked for new fries the manager came out and asked me "if my fries were cold, than why was i eating them?" I was eating my sandwich while I waited for new fresh fries. I wasnt bothered until the manager asked me this question and than asked for my fries back before he would do anything for me. the manager was rude and didnt even apologize for the error in cold fries. He had sent his employee out to deliver the fresh fries. That employee started off with an apology for the wait and than when we asked what his managers name was he became rude and said if we had problems with the service than we should call and he began to walk away. He than turned around before he opened the door to go back inside and spit in our direction. Tonight I came in and ordered 10 burgers and 3 large fries. This time every burger I received was cold and my fries were nice and hot. I headed straight home which was about 2 minutes away. As me and my friends bit into the burgers we found each one was cold. I called to speak with the manager and spoke with Armando who didnt even care about the cold burgers and tried telling me that there was no manager on duty for me to talk with. He continued to say that the burgers were hot. He didnt apologize or offer to replace them until the end of the call after I got more and more frustrated from his excuses of why the burgers may be cold, except he would always refer back to them being hot when they wrapped them. I think the only person in this store that actually knows good customer service is Don in the window. He is very polite and considerate to ensure he gets your order put in correctly and that you understood your totals. He was friendly and kind with every aspect of my visit. I only hope that the management sees this and can improve their service and food. I will NOT be returning to this burger king again!

Nothing. Ordered food on 01/09/2016 @ 7:30 pm Order was totally wrong. Burgers ordered with cheese and bacon...Fish sandwich was burned bun was burned. Tomato was a dime sized end scrap. Called first thing the next morning asking for compensation. Agreed with employee he would replace the meal. He asked if I had the uneaten food I said yes. He said bring it with me when I come back. Now...we can pay for our food..we have money and ordinarily we just dont go back if things are not right. However we couldnt eat any of it. The manager Justin on duty was rude...said that the employee that I had spoke to earlier only agreed to replace the fish sandwich with two whopper juniors. Huh? I said well he agreed to replace the entire purchase. He said well, did you drink the soda? I said well yes. He said we will only replace the fish sandwich. I felt horrible. No, I felt old and horrible in my cleaning clothes standing in Burger King with all his buddies listening in ...I felt foolish. It was emotional. After all...I had to get into my car...drive back to B.K Another store gave me the DM number. They are replacing our order. No I was not given a reciept. But with the last 4 numbers of the card and the amount they can pull the reciept and the order details. Plus our bank charge. Im not letting this go. Just fast food? Not the point. Nope. Justin, you are by far the rudest Young man I have met since I moved to Utah 7 months ago.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service from the manager Jordan who works night shift at Burger King. Truthfully this company doesnt even really deserve the one star give them but since you have to give at least one star thats what Ill get. I came in to Burger King today to get something for dinner and got home and I was going through my order and noticed that two of the size of the order was not in the bag. I call several times to Burger King no one ever answers the phone. When I went back up to Burger King I talk to the manager he told me that he would replace my order and when I asked for a complimentary beverage she told me they dont just give away free food I said well why not my order was messed up and I have to drive all the way back here. I was then told that I was my problem and I thinks my order and thats all they need to do and they dont just give away free food. Needless to say I base on the prior reviews this manager is not completely capable of running a restaurant at all. I have to say this is probably my last time went back to the restaurant

Went in on 2-3-16. Made sure I ordered food for my girls first then mine. Drove all the way home and noticed that they didnt put 1 of my daughters cheese burgers in the bag. So I pack up both of my girls drive all the way back up to their store. Walk in, the guy from the drive-thru remembered me. He asked if there was a problem. I nicely informed him they missed my daughters burger. He said ok let me get you another. Then mister shift leader Jordan comes up and asked what was the problem. I said I was here 20 min. ago and forgot a cheeseburger. He said that its not his fault or responsibility that my order got messed up. I got irritated and ask for his supervisor he said that he wont be in til tomorrow and there is nothing he can do. I start walking out and they start running their months. I stop, turn around and ask told them if they something to say then say it. He had no comment. Getting in to my car another car was coming back to them with a messed order as well. At least thier customer service is consistent.

Me and my husband went to this location. We ordered our food asking to prepare it fresh, pulled up to the window but as we were pulling up to the window, a gentleman (who was on a motorcycle) walked up to the window and was telling the guy that his food tasted cold and very old... the guy working the BK window didnt even acted like he cared.. as he walked away the guy walking said "foods cold and old" to me and my husband.. me and my husband are both in the food industry and we have NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT.... as we got home and pulled out our food the hashbrowns were VERY salty and also cold, my French Toast sticks were basically oil and he didnt even give me syrup with them... my husbands food was like ICE COLD... NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!

BK is closer than other carry-outs to my job so I eat there. The service at the drive thru is haphazard and they often hand out the wrong orders. Should you bring an order back for correction they change it and go silent without compensation for you wasted time or extra expenditure in terms of mileage to return. AND, they do not apologize for the order. If they did not make these mistakes often I would not be writing this, but since even their survey site is not accepting responses, this is all I have. I recommend anyone going through the drive-thru not move their car until they have opened all their order to verify that it is correct.
