I never write reviews for anything but felt motivated to comment on my expericne at this restaurant. I have had a great experience every time I have visited. The customer service is GREAT! I have two young children and they have helped me open the door and get high chairs ect. every time. The employees regularly come to our table to check on us and have even gone so far as to bring me extra wet wipes for messy faces. We have only been there for ice cream and I am acgtually a vegetarian so I cant comment on the other food but the ice cream is quite tasty.

I eat here because it isnt terrible and its the only burger joint in walking distance of my office. On days when I want a walk and Im not particularly hungry it works just fine. The staff is very friendly, but the food is mediocre and the portions are small. The dining room is also very cold. Perhaps this is part of the "Artic" experience, but Im not particularly sensitive to chilly places and after about 5 minutes here Im just cold. So bring a sweater and have a snack before you visit.

I think all of you do a wonderful job, place is clean and people take customer service way too personal, I always think " Im making a choice to spend my money here, I dont know these people, but Im here and hopefully have a good eat" However and I dont blame you guys at all, the food has not been the same and taste is not as good as it use to be. I sure hope they didnt turn to cheap cheap meat, sauce makers, pickles. Just some that was awful and there goes my lunch.

Came in to have lunch with family. I must say, they treated me very well. The manager, (didnt catch his name) was very swift and efficient with his employees. He came around and asked us all how the food was and if we needed anything. After we were about to leave, they asked if our kids wanted courtesy cones. That was above and beyond. I loved that! I know they were busy but still had time to come around and check on us. Definitely recommend!

First of all the customer service from Ian made me feel like I was in a first class establishment. He made me feel like I was the only customer there. The halibut sandwich and pumpkin shake was beyond what I thought it would taste like. Article Circle I will be coming back and I rarely eat fast food. Thank you for showing me how wrong I was about fast food places. Thank you Ian for making me feel special and going above and beyond!!

I really prefer the location on North temple. But at the time I was close to this location. They dont know what extra means, matter of fact they dont know what the regular amount is. I order a raspberry cheese cake shake an asked for extra of both the guy repeated it back to me. When I received it the only cheesecake I had was on top. An raspberry just enough to make the ice cream pink.

I Love this place so much every time I go they always do a good job. The staff are friendly and always give me a good laugh and the wait isnt so long anyways. Ive seen those customers who come in and give them a hard time but hey they dont matter as long as the food is good and the staff do their job then its good with me. Thank You Arctic Circle Ill be back again soon.

Ive never had to actually ask for a refund for fast food before going to this restaurant. I know one experience doesnt and shouldnt dictate a whole restaurants fate, but when I went I waited over 30 minutes for a elementary school quality burger that I ended up returning. It just seems understaffed and the employees didnt seem exactly motivated.

The service was poor, wish I could say differently. Such a shame because the food is generally great (thus the extra star). Seems like every time I come to this location either the service or food is poor quality. Hope they step it up, may have to try a different location.

We go to this Arctic Circle at least once a month for lunch. The food is always tasty and the staff couldnt be more friendly and efficient. If you enjoy deep fried shrimp, try the shrimp and fries meal...its great!

He staff is friendly. The burgers are ok not the greatest. The fries are really good. The range of milkshake/Sunday options is pretty sweet. They should get better burger patties.

Artic Circle is always good, however, the staff at this location was the worst Ive ever seen. Couldnt handle an order for 9 ice creams, cant imagine trying to order a full meal.

Ive been sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes and counting. All 4 cars in back of me have left I can see my food is sitting on the counter. Terrible service!!!! STAY AWAY!
