I never eat here but it was the only late night option and we were starving. The order was wrong and all we could here from the drive thru window was one F-Bomb after another. Completely inappropriate behavior by the employees and these people want $15/hour? Maybe the training video tape got eaten in their outdated VCR? **UPDATE** I was never really a fan of fast food, but that ad for crunch wrap comes on at 1am and what are you gonna do? I really want to congratulate the staff at TB. Before, it was very frustrating that they were so unorganized and made numerous mistakes and drive thru was a mile long in the middle of the night. Now they definitely have it together. The order is always correct, food is fresh and delicious, staff is super friendly and accommodating. Congrats on a total 180° in customer service. Kudos to you! Im leaving the old review up just so readers can see the progress made. I hope the managers/owner reads these reviews and take notice of the outstanding job they are doing.

One star is too much. Everytime Ive come here the last two times its been like teaching a cockroach how to use a cell phone. Those employees are not serving with focus or integrity & their lack of will power is very noticeable. Ill hop on that line right now & probably know more than all the morons that work there. Hit up the Middletown stores instead & think outside this dump.

worst place ever to order the people are rude and never have what you want to eat,theres also a waiting time with them and i dont mean the line,they always ask you to wait ,it took them 8min for them to ask me what i want, and when i ordered they didnt have what i want and waited for another 8min,i finally got fed up and left

Expect a wait. But they normally dont mess up the order like other fast food places. And in the rare cases they do, they dont argue, they just fix the problem. And you keep the old food. Staff of friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

This yet-to-be remodeled Taco Bell location is very dated. Sometimes you get your food right away and other times you have to wait. It is quite close to I-87 & I-84 so it is convenient for a cheap bite to eat.

Ever since they remodeled it. Service has been really slow, Drive Thru or Walk In. Before they remodeled service was pretty good I would give it a four star. But since they remodeled it. Its been real slow..

They remodeled and it looks fantastic its a shame the same re-tards still work there..problem with that is the food wait is outrageously long and I pull u p at 236am when they close at 3am and no one around

Very slow, they mess up my order almost every time. You can be waiting for 20 minutes or longer in drive through, specially at night. They need to revamp their night crew. Terrible

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Honestly, if I have to get fast food, TBell is the place to go. Vegetarians can even ask for potatoes instead of meat and they (usually) dont screw it up.
