I visited this location tonight with my fiance, this was a special dinner for us as we dont often get to go out. The person who got our drinks was fast...had little knowledge of personal space however that was the highlight of the service there. Scott was our waiter and he was polite, however he was more interested in talking to his friends seated at the table behind us. He also kissed her,Im not against love but when youre at work I expect you to behave professionally. So after waiting for him to finish socializing he finally check on us again and bring us our food then sat back down to chat with his friends. There was another waitress who sat at the dirty empty table across from table that Scott was socializing at and the conversation was highly inappropriate and when the waitress said something about a gross porn video I was done. So we paid and left. When I go to Olive Garden I expect to get the same level of excellence that I get at the cheese cake factory, but tonight even McDonalds had better service then I experienced at this location. So Chandler olive garden if I could Id give you a 0star but unfortunately google says you get 1star.

I was there yesterday with some friends not only did we wait a long time to only find out they never had us on the waiting list. We were waiting literaly one hour. Besides the guy that was suppose to sit us down kept staring at us and giving us a bad look. After finally they sat us down and the guy was rude he said do you guys want spanish menus, like seriously we are hispanics but we were talking to him in english and we speak it fluently to us that is racist like how dare did he asks us that and besides to top it off he said Is this the first time you visited an olive garden, like are you serious that is the most racist thing they have done to me and i find it very rude. Yea we are hispanics but no thats not the first time we visited an OLIVE GARDEN..Although our waiter was really nice I can say i will never go back to this place ive never had an experience like this at a restaurant untill today i can deffinetly say i regret even staying there to eat.. Hopefully they dont treat other Hispanics the way they treated us......... its a shame that i will not visit this place ever again because of the experience i had yesterday.........

The waitress was very nice however that was where the good experience ended. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for the appetizer and what we got was shriveled tasteless little greasy gobs of fungus. We ordered the new northern Italy meal and the chicken shrimp carbonara. I have had frozen TV dinners more appetizing. The chicken was pounded flat with a glob of waxy cheese on top. The tortellini looked as if they had been left under a heat lamp for days and you could barely chew through them. The carbonara was literally oozing with grease and butter and barely any meat or shrimp. Honestly one of the worst meals Ive ever had to pay for at a restaurant. And to top off the afternoon even the normally luscious bread sticks were so hard you could knock them on the table like rocks. After this experience I will never eat at Olive garden again.

The quality of the food was just not there like it used to be. The bread sticks had no flavor, like hot dog buns. The salad was still good but when me and my brother both ordered lasagna, his was half the size of mine, like they made a little too much and just gave him the leftover and sold it for full price (also nice to add it was also bland). We told the waitress and she made the excuse that it "flattened" when it clearly wasnt the case. The service was too invested in the football game than serving and we sat there with our plates finished for 35 minutes before the waitress asked if we wanted our check. Ive noticed this a lot at many olive gardens and today, theres plenty of smaller Italian restaurants that get it right for the same price.

This Olive Garden isnt what it used to be. The server was nice. The soup, salad, and bread Sticks were as good as I remember. The entrées on the other hand werent. I had the Seafood Lasagna Sautee and my boyfriend had the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. The Seafood Lasagna Sautee had an overwhelming odor. Ive never had it, I dont know whether or not its supposed to smell bad or not. The Steak Gorgonzola tasted bad too, still not sure whether it was supposed to. The Overall presentation of these dishes were poor too. When we got home, my boyfriend and I got really sick from the food. What a way to spend our two year anniversary! :/

Most embarrassing thing happened to my to-go order. Talk about the stars aligning for disaster!!! I admit, I can be clumsy at times... talking about those stars... I manage to spill my full bowl of soup in my car! What a mess. Sucked like you would not believe. Not only did I have a mess to clean up... but there went my lunch. I called Olive Garden, told them about my disaster and they were more than willing to help me out and replace soup. Great customer service! Thank you so much!

I have had a couple of horrendous experience here many years ago. I once had a manager come up to our table and tell us we would be charged for two salads instead of one if we shared even though we barely did and I was sure as heck not aware of some no sharing rule. Another time we had a terrible waitress who was rude and became argumentative as we were leaving. However, Ive been there a few times recently and I havent face any issues.

The food was just okay but the service was horrible, it really sucked I have been here a few times before and the service was never stellar but it has never been this horrific either. Maybe because we were a party of 8 I guess. But it took almost an hour to get our food and the waiter forgot to bring out so much stuff that its too much to name. Just not a good experience for me this time.

Left the restaurant still feeling hungry. I found hair in my food and I was done. Im not from the area. However, I found a few people that were eating by us to be very rude! There was a lady wipping the windows down and she disnt stop so we could walk out. As we finally walk out there people standing outside by tue doors and we had to walk around the. Some people are just so rude!

SPENDY Paid $11 for soup and salad only. Thats double what I paid six years ago. Bill for two was $30 including iced teas. Huge chunks of iceberg lettuce in the salad and three bowls of soup(all barely have any soup in them) had about an ounce of sausage in the total of all three. Wont ever go back and am telling everyone, get ready to spend money for half assed food.

Service was extremely bad. We had 10 people in our group, and everyone was so surprised with the bad service. Servers would take a plate and went around and asked who ordered the dish. Server ignored my request for a second soup bowl even though its the all you can eat soup and salad.
