I booked Manus Indian Kitchen to deliver food for our baby shower. He was very forthcoming in suggesting what food options would suit best depending on kind of guests, timing of event etc. We did make an informed decision. We ordered food for 40 people (+ cake) and each and every guest in the party appreciated the food and asked from where it was ordered. Food quality was amazing and each dish was made to perfect taste (other than the one which he suggested can be avoided, but we still wanted it). He charged us a premium for the cake with guarantee to beat every other we had so far in US. and boy did he meet it.. he beated it by miles! You pay premium and you eat premium. Manu, if you ever need a telephonic reference please call me and I would happily volunteer. I am still taking 1 star away for the delay in delivery of the food. But all in all I am very satisfied as it was a key component in the success criteria of the party i.e. to make my wife happy!

This is my first review ever, and the reason for writing is the delicacy of Indian Kitchen food. This is an eat-in and take-out place. Lot of options for genuine Indian food including chat/fast-food/South-Indian and North-Indian, Indo-Chinese, etc. I have a couple of very good, infact memorable experiences to share about this restaurant. First, Pineapple cake - we ordered for one of our friends Bday and she quoted it as the best cake she ever had in her life. WE ALL LOVED IT. Second, Vegetable fried rice - this is another genuine food here that I am a big fan of. As I am a vegetarian, I cannot comment on the chicken or meat items here. People in and around Exton, KOP, Downingtown, West Chester, Malvern and Paoli should not miss the food at this place. I bet you will not regret after going to this place. Awesome food....satisfaction guaranteed!!

Indian Kitchen is a great eat-in and take-out place. They have various different options covering proper lunch and dinner menu items as well as lots of tasty snacks. Chefs special Biriyani and Chicken Noodles are the two items which are my ultimate favorites. Also I just love the home-made fresh breads that they keep there. I bought sandwich bread once and since then I am hooked. This place is a nice combination o eat-in restaurant and fast food joint at a very reasonable price range. Situated quite near to Exton Mall, don’t forget to give it a try next time you visit the Fairfield shopping Plaza or Exton shopping Mall. A suggestion: would like to see more red meat dishes (at least goat and lamb if not Beef and pork).

I agree to some of the reviews posted here, food is either a hit or miss. only the bombay chat-patas are ok, rest all sucks....I used to be a regular here, the food taste and quality deteriorated over time.... recently ordered chicken biryani and there wer hardly any chicken pieces...after a gap, today i ordered one more time(to-go), this time even worse, the biryani had 1 small piece of chicken(waste of $9.99)and its spicy as hell, when ordered for a medium spice level.... and they dont even care, typical indian restaurant style.... when called, the guy asks me to bring the food-bowl to his restaurant, can u believe this? well, hot-breads is off my list.... beware of it people..

Weve been frequenting this place for quite a while now....and it shows as the guy at the counter knows our names The fusion food and Biryanis is what really stands out at this place.... wide range of dishes to choose from ....and its not only about the quantity, the quality is also certainly among the best. My personal favs at this place is the non-veg Thali (too bad it’s only available in lunch time. Their Indo-Chinese is too good and I am telling you from taste. It bring back the memory from India. The Chat and stuff is nice but I am not a big fan of chat myself. Ohh..and prices are so reasonable.... Happy dining everyone!!

I really do not want to give even 1 star for this, but we need to pick at least 1 star for writing a review. Today I went there for lunch, but was very upset as they served me food taken out right from the refrigerator. The eggs were freezing cold. They did not even bother to heat the food before serving that to me. I just walked out. The guys at the counter were so disrespectful. They told me their owner is in India. May be the owner of the restaurant should remain there all the time watching the way their staff are dealing with the business and customers.

DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DONOT WANT TO GET INTO SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES. Worst quality ever. My son had chicken fried rice and he got sick for 2 days with vomiting. He was on fluid diet for 2 days. He is just 4 years old and it was very tough on him. Me and my husband were sick too with stomach upset. I dont know how old the food was. It is better they close the restaurant instead of giving people such poor quality food. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DONOT WANT TO GET INTO SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES.

Food -Taste is good & quality is not good epically manchurian & Biryani.. Cakes - very few designs & the existing designs are not creative... And also, I called to make an order, they said they will make it fresh after taking an order. When I ask them to make a small change in the design (like no piping on the top of the normal rectangular cake) they immediately said NO & its already made.. this clearly tells us that he lied before & try to sell old stock.

Very good, authentic Indian food. We were six of us on a Sunday afternoon but there was very little wait time. We had the egg fried rice (excellent), masala dosa (very good), malai kofta (very good), chilli paneer (very good), and the Vegetable Dum Biryani (Unbearably spicy, even when we had only ordered medium spicy!). We definitely intend to go back, and as long as we avoid the dum biryani, we should have a good time!

Awesome restaurant. Only place in DE-PA area where you will find varieties like bhel/chaat, Bombay style fast food (yes, vadapav too), Indo-Chinese, cake, etc. their Manchurian is my all time favorite. Cake is by far the best, my default choice for all celebrations. All their cakes are eggless. We hosted a party in their new party hall with a dance floor. It was a blast. Great service. Guests loved it.

Pretty good food, especially the goat dishes and Tandoori chicken and biriyani. As an Indian making a comment, I think this is probably the closest to real Indian food in the Exton/ West Philly area though quite not as good as what you get in Metro India. There are bad reviews about customer service , but this is not a fine dining place. If you like the food, order over the phone!!
