Wow! I have read great reviews on this place. What a let down. 2 people 31.06$ . Dont get me wrong I dont mind paying for good food once so ever. But to get 2 double cheese burgers that the meat was dry buns were cold. The fries were so so. I think that the best part of the meal was the soda. Would way rather of had the extra $ and still eaten a better burger at smash burger or habit burger. Im thinking just walk across the street and get an in and out burger. Do your self a favor and either make your own burger or go somewhere else. Hell get a big Mac it would taste better than this. And Mc Donalds taste like crap. Well thats my reviews on this restaurant. Really does take 5 guys to mess up a burger.

Ive only been here twice so far, but both times the food was awesome. Arguably the best "classic" burger Ive found. The fries arent my favorite, but they are still damn good. Its easy to spend more than 20 dollars here for 2 people though, so its not a place Im going to frequent, but when I have a craving for a double cheeseburger, this is the first place that comes to mind. In all fairness, you get quite a bit of food for the price. The average person will be set for a while after eating here...and I still havent been able to finish the pile of fries they give.

Im loving the hate reviews towards 5 guys in general. If you cant afford it, go to McDonalds down the street. Its as plain and simple as that. Lol. Ever since I had 5 guys for the first time in this state, I loved it. It is on the pricey side but the burgers are hot and juicy. The fries I can care less about since I rarely get the fries, but they are pretty good. And they give a lot too. IF they had specials every so often, Id be there all the time. Other than that, I may have 5 guys once every 3 months or so.

Sometimes you just need a good burger. Other times, you really need some good fries. 5 Guys gets it right regardless of what youre trying to find. Personally, Im a fan of the hot dogs and cajun spiced fries. If youve never been to 5 Guys, understand that there is no reason to ever get anything larger than the Regular size fries because they dump a ton of extra fries in the bag (which the bag fries are arguably the best ones).

Manager at this store is obviously not very good. Burgers were made quickly and with little care. Fries that I paid over 4 dollars for were not enough for two people. When I asked for more I was given some, but with a little disputing over which size I ordered and the guy acted like he was doing me a favor. Ha! Go to the Five Guys on Power. They are a very good place and they make everything well and with care.

Service was impeccable, .. French fries never deceive...but the burgers were really not up to standards... patty was barely cooked....bread was all soaking wet from patty juice...burger was overall very mediocre...i would have been better off with MacDonalds...spent $15 and was not remotely close to begin to be satisfied

The food was great and made quickly, however the store was disgusting! I would understand if there was a rush of people, but we were the only ones there. Perhaps with all of their free time, they will have a chance to read this and do some cleaning, that is, if they can stop talking to each other.

Ordered bacon cheeseburger, fries, and drink. Nearly $17. For that price you would think it would be great. Burger came looking as though it had been stepped on and missing the bacon. Was looking for a really good burger place. THIS AINT IT!.

Food was awesome but I ordered online and expected my food to be ready when I arrived. Ended up waiting a good 10 to 15 minutes for them to get my order to me. Place was not crowded when I arrived. Get the cabin fries they are really good.

The food is great. However even when it is not busy the wait is about 20 minutes at least for your food which is disappointing to say the least. Never had any problems with the staff. They are usually quite friendly, but young and naive.

Just looked at my receipt then the time. I have been waiting 15 minutes for a cheese burger and fries. I will never come here again. And this place has higher prices then the one in Ahwatukee.

Avoid if you have peanut allergies. They have peanuts everywhere. Their french fries are great, but I dont like their burgers. Every time I get a burger here it is thin and cold.

Im not one for greasy expensive burgers. Bottom bun doesnt need the layer of grease from the flat top. Might be cook error but I can make a better burger from home.

Good burger joint. For those with a nut allergy stay away. They have peanuts in the open & I think they cook with peanut oil. Theyll also do a burger protein style!

I was disappointed to see the the floors of the restaurant were not swept and the tables were not wiped. The bathrooms also needed some attention for cleaning.
