I went to Panda Express at Gateway Mall yesterday, 3/14/2016 around 11:30 am (lunch time). I frequent Panda Express quite often, and have generally had good service and good quality of food, however yesterday the bowl of noodles and honey walnut shrimp was short of the usual good quality - and where it fell short was with the portions...the amount of noodles served was on the slim side as well as the texture of the noodles were not as fresh ( a little on the dry side). -Yesterday, 4/3/16 @ around 3:00 pm MST- Ordered the white rice bowl with orange chicken and two vegetable spring rolls. The rice was very dry and the rolls were a little on the greasy side. The orange chicken was delicious and served in plentiful portions. Prior to this visit, I had white rice bowls on two different occasions with Angus steak and the other with honey walnut shrimp and the white rice was outstanding (tender/moist), as well as the vegetable spring rolls that I ordered with the Angus steak.

Its one of the 2 remaining restaurants left at the Gateway. There were 2 people waiting for their food when I got there, yet it still took them 12min to take our order. The Chow Mien was old, as were half of the entrees. My buddy & I both ate all of our food, but only because we were starving! Worst Panda experience ever...! Avoid at all costs!

I generally dont write bad reviews, but this place is consistently garbage from the service to the food. I genuinely hope this isnt the direction all Panda Express are going.
