We travel through here annually and we have eaten at this location many times; we love the food. However, this last time was very disappointing. Though the food was just as good, the restaurant looked like it had just been hit with a big rush; it seemed dirty and messy and we realized that this has been the case for the last few visits. One of the kitchen staff stood within plain sight in the kitchen and was on his phone for over three minutes straight. Since there is a view into the kitchen, it was fairly disgusting to see a restaurant worker touching his phone while apparently working, and then touching other items in the kitchen. Sadly, we will not likely be revisiting this location.

Low quality. This store always cuts corners and I know exactly what they are doing because I worked in the kitchen at a different noodles location for over a year. Noodle/grill dishes come up watered down because its SOOO hard to let the pasta baskets drain for just 30 seconds or at least give it a good shake. Pasta is so far past AL Dente it falls apart in your mouth. I know the whole cooking process here and how its been completely simplified to where anyone can do it. Trust me people, this staff just doesnt try/care. Highly recommend driving to any other location.

I like noodles and company and have always been satisfied with my experiences at their locations. But this particular location is nasty. The floor is covered with garbage. The soda machine has rotting lemons in the drain and the screen is covered in sticky finger prints. The booth chairs had crumbs all over the top and between the seat and the back was full of garbage and food. The walls even had spaghetti sauce on it. While we were eating, I watched the people behind the counter be on their phones while everything could use a washing down. I probably wont be back here.

Aweful! We arrived and had to sit at 1 of 10 unbussed tables. Ordered 2 full Med Salads. Waited over 15 min for food. When it arrived in plastic bowls not the standard eat in glass bowl, the bowls were literally half full, undressed and had no noodles. As we ate we both realized each salad had 1and only 1 Kalamata olive each. If I could give less than 1 star I would. If this would have been my first experience at noodles and company I would NEVER come back!

This is a favorite of ours but I feel the Draper Location just keeps going downhill. The last 2 times we have been every table has been dirty, food and napkins all over the floor and we had to ask to have a table cleared and wiped for us so we could sit down. Both times the food was luke warm at best and we had an unusually long wait to get it. Hopefully another location will be better. Very disappointing!

I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. It took forever to come out, and when it did it was barely even warm. We saw one of the employees sneeze into her hand without washing afterwards, and there were only maybe four other occupied tables while nearly every empty table had dirty dishes and trash on them. They didnt even begin to start clearing any of these til we were about to leave.

If I could give no stars and still leave a review, I would. I will NEVER revisit this location. The cashier messed up our order, we asked for it to be fixed and were also asked to pay for the new order. The manager was incredibly rude and instead of adding the 2.00 worth of chicken I ordered, she would rather we return the food and get a refund. It was ridiculous.

Ive been twice to this location. Both times it was absolutely filthy. Dishes and other debris left on tables that were never taken care of while I ate. Noodles felt and tasted like they were several hours old, clumped together and just disgusting. Im fairly certain the chicken had gone bad. Customer service was awful. Absolutely disappointing and disgusting.

Very dirty restaurant... tables all had dirty plates left out, that looked like they had been there for at least 3 hours... all tables were dirty, soda machine was very dirty... food all over the carpet, and carpet stinks like it hasnt been vacuumed or cleaned within the last month. Bathroom was also out of toilet paper, which is hard with little kids...

Bring your mice! Smallest portion Ive ever seen at a noodles. I ordered the larg(er) Thai curry soup. They brought it out and I informed them I ordered the larger on. "That is sir". I asked for another bowl and separated the contents front the broth. Maybe 1/3 cup of noodles and solid. The rest broth. Boo! Perfect meal for a nice fuzzy mouse!

They did not include half of my order and when I called about it they hung up on me. Then, Annie figured out it was a poor experience and corrected it. The food is good and I am glad to hear they care about providing quality customer service.

Pretty good! I like the Thai dish they have. I ordered mine with tofu, which ended up being chewy and dried up tasting, but the assistant manager offered to either make me a new dish or refund the cost of the tofu from my bill. Good stuff!

Got a to go order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago and there is not ONE other person in here eating. And all the workers are standing there talking. Ill drive 20 more minutes for better service next time.

My wife got the Mac and cheese around 8 pm... Cold! Not warm at all. So we asked them to make another one.. Literally the exact same temperature. My least favorite location and wont be coming back here.

Food is usually good and the servers say what theyre supposed to but there seems to be a lack of communication and everyone there seems to hate their life. Its unpleasant to eat in the restaurant

Dont even try if you have celiac or gluten sensitivity. Have gotten sick twice and actually found other noodles mixed in with the "gluten free" noodles.
