I dont know what It is about this place but we have a love hate relationship. Ill first start by saying I am a woman doing a review under my husbands Google account if it looks weird that a man would say some of these things. Also to be fair I do have somewhat of a personal relationship with this business seeing how I worked for them for a while during my ealry adult years. I would start by saying the food is amazing but everyone already knows that unless they love under a rock. The girls and ALL staff for that matter are very friendly so ordering a very detailed order is ok with them. They do go through alot of new girls but if you order from here as much as you shoukd or shouldnt be an issue explaining to get how to ring you up! Delivery is fast and good but is still human so mistake do happen. Nothing outside of the normal but they do happen once again. My only issue with this place is that the Owner Steve is very stingy when it comes to ANYTHING! You want anything on the side you pay for it, even if it comes with your food. For example if you want parm cheese for your pizza you have to pay 50 cents because they put it in a cup verses stright from the shaker to the pizza. They do charge within reason so if you want that extra dipping sauce it is 50 cents compared to $1 anywhere else. I just stopped typing to call them back to bring the bread stick the forgot after all the talk about my sauces I was charged for for them!!! Ahhh simple things like that!!! I can not complain because I am sitting here munching on some pretty damn good food waiting for the rest to come!!! None the less this is a great restaurant however not knowing how hard of a worker Steve is and the back story of him spending his entire life savings to open this place his stingyness would turn some off. I promise you it is worth every penny!!! Trust me!!!

We have ordered from here many times. I think all the Pats are different because the one in Edgewood has things that the Aberdeen one does not. Pizza was good as normal. My husband got the boneless wings which were fair. He says the Edgewood ones are better. He orders from there at least once a week since he works right by it. We also got the broccoli bites which were cold and soggy when we got them. They are one of my favorite items, so I was very disappointed tonight. We also got the Santa fe rolls. They were also ice cold and soggy. I had to stick them and broccoli bites in my deep fryer for a little bit. I also ordered a 2 liter of orange Fanta but was given Cherry Coke. I dont know what is going on with this location but it seems to be going the hill. Not worth the $64 I spent tonight. I would have rather driven down to edgewood and gotten my food. The girl who answered the phone when I wanted to place my order had an attitude and it seemed as if I was bothering her when I was asking questions. Delivery driver (a lady) was very nice. All I have to say is yall need to get it together or we wont be ordering again.

I called in my order to get a caesar salad, they have chicken caesar but I asked if they could put shrimp on it instead of chicken. They said yes but it would be a 4.50 charge extra. I said that was fine. They said it would be about 15 minutes to make a salad,and the guy also had a bit of an attitude in his voice tone. I went up there& paid for my food. I get home, open up my bag and see that , they charged me 4.50 extra, for 3 shrimp. 3 shrimp. 3 shrimp. I was so angry. They jipped me&clearly the manager that allowed that to happen isnt worried about his business , because that is terrible ,rude,cheap & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Without customers there is NO BUSINESS. Thats why youre supposed to take care of your customers. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN.

So I order a wrap for lunch at about 12:35pm and was told my order should be here in 30mins. So 2 hours later my order still hasnt shown up, so I call and was told oh the driver couldnt find the building. The same building they deliver to every day. But my question was why know one called. The manager said they didnt have the number and for me to give him my number so he can put it in the system. so before I gave it to him I said dont yall have caller id, he said yes. I asked so what number did I call from. he read me back the number, so I said how is it possible for you not to have my number.... I will spread the word around base for people to stop ordering from them because there customer service sucks.

Theyre pizza is sort of like food from an asian buffet. You eat it, but you later regret it. Today was my absolute last time. Some of us pooled our money together to buy sandwiches and have them delivered at lunch. The delivery took over 1 1/2 hours, then since the girl never took the extension (pretended she already knew because of the caller ID) and so the delivery guy didnt know who to deliver to. When called and complained, the manager only offered us $5 off our food. So we get $5 off food that has been sitting in a car for 2 hours? Were talking gravy fries, chicken, and hot sandwich, salad. Gross. Never again.

Its a Pats no more, no less. "nothing exceptionally bad, nothing exceptionally good. It just is." sums it up pretty well. As far as "customer" complaining about the "spanish tv in an italian setting." Just dont expect ambiance in a place where you order standing at a counter and your good to go. :D And the "waitress" waiting to bring your food? Its PATS, if you dont sit down with a menu then dont expect much from the waitstaff. That would be like reviewing burger king poorly because you were handed your burger before you finished your fries.

Took 40 minutes to get here when its a 5-10 minute drive... the wings are always super great and tasty but the service sucks and the drivers take their time. If im paying $50 for a order i should have better service than im getting. Also the prices were raised.... the only good food are the wings everything else they put together so poorly and dont care how it ends up, last time my sub was a complete MESS! Bun was on the side, lettuce off the sandwich, etc.... very sad. Prices were raised for what? Poor service and 2/10 food.... lol please!

The food is okay, although pretty pricey for what it is. The service is terrible. Every time I go there the staff is completely different (high turnover?) and they always act like taking order and filling it is the last thing they want to be doing. No eye contact or thank yous or smiles. And if you ask for something like salad dressing (which they usually forget), youd think you were asking them to donate a kidney. Ive been going here for a couple of years, but no longer. Its not worth being treated like Im an inconvenience.
