I come in here weekly, never can they get my order correct thru the drive thru. One week the pies are .92 next week they are .93 because the worker didnt even know how much they were so she guessed. Then the lady told me I didnt pay even after showing her my reciet. 3 cars behind us got there food before we did, all we had was 4 sides & a 4 piece chicken tender, when I received our food it was all squished together in one box. I have never written a review because I work in the food industry myself but NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS CHICKEN EXPRESS. When I spoke to the manager she acted like she didnt even care about the customer service, instead of listening to what had to be said she just handed our money to us. If I could rate a negative review I so would.

I moved to the east Texas area and had a taste for fried chicken, so I tried chicken express lord knows that was big mistake! The chicken was horrible! I thought the sides would make up for the chicken due to the fact of how horrible the chicken was but I was wrong so beware of any express chicken signs.

I never experience such awful customer service in my life. I waited twenty minutes for dried up chicken that was cold. Words of advice when making people wait make the food fresh. And when I tried to tell them what was wrong manager gave attitudes.

Undercooked strips, salty as hell battering, and poor customer service to deal with refund...the manager wouldnt give refund as promised, but a 10 dollar gift card. Spent $33 and you expect me to come back? Never again
