I have been ordering here for about 3yrs. I order out every weekend. I was always satisfied until about a year ago, the pizza is always burnt, big brown spots, hard crust. The crust crunches like a chip when you try to eat it. The fries are over cooked as well. I called and asked for a replacement and they were not happy about it. I was given an attitude and when I received my replacement order the pizza was now under cooked and the fries frozen and cold in the middle. I stopped ordering for about 6mos. Ordered from there today and again pizza was burnt, fries burnt. My 8yr. Old will not eat it because he cant bite through the crust. Had to go out and get him something from somewhere else. Definitely not wasting my money at this place no more. More then half the food goes in the trash.

I order pizza and other goods from this place very often. They have managed to satisfy me when it comes to my food. Service is a little bit slower than someone would expect it to be but they will always give you a free pop whenever theyre aware that time expectations arent met. I wouldnt recommend ordering a delivery from this place. I usually have delivery people from other pizza places greet me at my door with my pizza, but pizza novas delivery man stayed in his car and called me from an unknown number I wasnt familiar with. When I was finally noted about my pizza arrival he only stopped at my gate and expected me to walk all the way out my house so I could pick up my own pizza. I never had this type of problem happen before so I found this encounterance to be odd.

Horrible customer service!!! I placed an order over the phone and the lady seemed to be in a horrible mood. I even had to ask her if she was ok. I wanted to know the prices and sizes for their pizzas and she proceeded to be very short and condinsendin. To my surprise turned out she was the so called owner, Dawn. If the owner acts like she has no skills image the staff. Theres plenty pizza places near by....

They started off with decent food, now they just burn everything charge more and take FOREVER to deliver. Also HORRIBLE customer service the workers will be arguing while you place your order and then rudely ask you to repeat yourself because they cant hear you. Ive also been double charged by them before took days to settle and didnt receive any form of apology.

This was the worse service ever. I called in my order and the woman said 30 mins because they were busy. I get there 40 minutes later and here I am still sitting and waiting on a pizza i called in. Its still not done and Im pissed. Cars have come and gone while Im still waiting. Terrible and ill never come back

Horrible service and they tell you 30 mins and its more like over an hour and the delivery drivers should really check their language and sexual conversations around children. I will never spend money here again. I try to support local businesses but this place doesnt deserve my hard earned money.

Well what can i say been a costumer for about a month now food excellent till tonight placed an order 1lb. Rib tips and 1/2 chicken....but didnt get yhe chicken called them back they try tobtell i took the chicken out ...1st whothef*** you think i am ....F this place take my money else where

I used to be a faithful customer but the manager lies to me when their delivery driver is running late and try to give an excuse over 30 years faithful customer from 26th Street to chasing them down here cant trust him no more never will eat there or order there again

I did not appreciate that certain values of customer service were not met. When addressing the issue Manger response was "we will try better next time and do you still have it" in my opinion it was bad service that can be better. Food is ok.

Asked for hot wings. No sauce on our wings but still decided to give us ranch and for what!?! Just chicken. Not at all close to enough cheese on our cheese fries. Barely got one lil layer on top.

Rib tips were amazing. Chicken was quality. Pizza was just above average. I definitely go back for the tips and chicken. Try it out... Definitely worth the trip.
