After patronizing this restaurant dozens of times and spending countless dollars I will no longer give this place my business. Over the course of my patronage, the last year or so, I have had drastically varying experiences. Their greatest weakness is lack of consistency and professionalism. The food is decent however the portions are a bit small are almost always do not come as described. Items described as coming with Arabic salad or pita usually do not come with it, items typically come prepared differently every time, the food is overpriced for the portion, and there are several items they do not serve but allow you to order anyhow. Ive spent more than $35 for two on takeout and was still hungry. They also always ignored my requests to call upon arrival, as my house does not have a doorbell, only calling after having waited for a substantial amount of time wondering why no one is answering the door. It was also difficult to predict when they would arrive as they frequently take up to two hours to deliver an order a few miles away. After waiting for two hours for one particular order I get a call from the restaurant telling me they couldnt deliver my food because the driver got into an accident, turned out to be minor and no one was hurt. They didnt offer to make the order again and sent someone else, but kept saying how some of the food was salvageable and that I could have it free, even though I had already paid online. They still never even brought the rescued food. On my final visit to this place I ordered online (seamless) and selected the cash option. You can pay via Paypal, credit card, apple pay, or CASH. The only way to pay in the store is by selecting cash, although I intended on paying with a credit card (ive done this countless times at other restaurants). When I arrive and hand him my credit card he says I have to pay with cash, and that I could use the ATM with withdraw money. When I asked why I was given a weak explanation about the restaurant having to pay some type of increased fee or "percentage" that he refused to pay since I selected cash. Mind you ive ordered from this place more times than I can even count. Not wanting to pay an ATM fee as well and bank fee for using a foreign ATM I told him I didnt have cash and either have to pay with a card or no deal. He told me that my order doesnt matter and that he has "so many other orders anyway" as he shows me a stack of grubhub orders. Ultimately he decided to take the card after arguing with me over it, but this point I had lost my appetite and told him to keep the food. Its amazing that a place that has so many orders that my individual order doesnt matter is so pressed about a small transaction fee. Instead of just explaining the issue and then taking the credit card, and asking me to order from the store directly instead of seamless when I want to pay with a credit card instore he decided to argue with me and tell me my order doesnt even matter because he has others. Disgrace.

The food is decent and I have ordered there a few times, but their customer service is absolutely horrendous. I placed an order online on their website, received an order confirmation, but never actually received my order. After two hours, I called them 3 times and they never answered their phone. Its just really sad that they dont value their customers. I understand that restaurants get busy, i do, but what I dont understand is how you can be rude and just not answer the phone when someone has placed an order and waited a ridiculously long time just to never receive their food.

Finally an authentic falafel place in the area! Ive tried around 10 different dishes and everything has been phenomenal. The only downside is that I overeat horribly when I order in from Porto because I cant decide what to get. labneh, spinach pie, shawarma, falafel, babaganousb....all so darn good!!!

I love this place! The owners are very friendly and extremely kind. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is amazing. I would give it more stars if possible. Its BYOB but theres a liquor store right in the complex. Wonderful little place- couldnt recommend it more :)

I have been waiting for my order for the past two and a half hours after placing it. The estimated time to wait was 60-70 minute no food in the world no matter how good it taste should take 2 and a half hours to be delivered.

If I could go to this place as often as I would like Id be as big as a house. Friendly owners and servers and great food. Im glad I dont live too close. I always make it a point to stop by when Im in the neighborhood.

Came for dinner with an Egyptian friend; his first time after an exhaustive search for a good restaurant. He says its the best authentic Egyptian food outside of Egypt. Tasted great to me too.
