I was just there last week and let me start by saying this Hispanic girl that works there by the name of Nina, she is awesome & had excellent customer service! She is so sweet & goes above & beyond for her customers. She helped a elderly lady get her food from the buffet and helped her sit down. Ive never seen someone do that for a customer, that was so sweet of her! I even seen her cleaning the walls in that place and that there wants me to go back, because Im actually eating in a nice & clean place. Keep up the good work young lady! I need people like you working for me.

We tried this place twice. On BOTH occasions, the employees were eating more than the customers!! They have a very small buffet so they prepare their chicken (and I mean tons of it) ahead of time and it sits under heat lamps long enough that it almost comes to the point of being jerky. Buffets arent allowed to be taken home yet an off duty employee and the ump-teen screaming kids she had with her, fixed multiple plates to take home with them. Too bad they didnt take the shriveled up, heat lamp chicken so we could enjoy something fresh. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

The guy at the window is awfully creepy. And when HE messed up my order he tried to justify it "you told me number 7, dark meat." No I didnt. I said 7 piece tender meal! I go there quite often... He screwed up and wouldnt even fix my order! He just said "ok sorry!" And hung up. I called back and he wasnt hearing it. He heard my voice and hung up. I hope his customer service progresses because as of right now its awful and I will not be going back.

I had taken my son and his friend to eat at the Hartz chicken in Porter in Texas for doing some work at my home, but there was not enough food being put out so we just left. I was embarased. The store wasnt that many people there. It was not my best visit. And there has been a lots of other great visits.

Just ordered a chicken tenders kids meal. The side was mashed potatoes, gravy, with sweet tea as the drink. Then a side of Banana Pudding. I received a chicken leg (NOT TENDERS), fries (NOT POTATOES), tea and pudding. Tried to call, it answered and then hung up. So I called again and its "busy".

There was no chicken ready was told would be 15 mind before ready should if been told this before we paid could of went somewhere else, then when it was ready they did not tell everyone and everybody went and emptied chicken had to wait even longer, very dirty

Its not the same hartz chicken like it use to be. Food has changed also, im hispanic but it has to much mexican exposure in the food that is served and rolls are not the same either. I have been in Texas for over 25 yrs and i guess change is not alway good!

I was pleased with this Hartz chicken location. All the food was cooked and seasoned well. They also had cucumber salad and a few healthy items on the menu. I walked out of this Hartz pleasantly surprised.

Chicken is well done, but the sides and dessert leave much to be desired beyond the mashed potatoes and rolls. The restaurant is dirty, and all the trash cans were full.

Low-key, working-class place with quality comfort foods. I love that it doesnt taste "corporate" - this is very similar to what my grandma cooked.

food is terrible, cold, hard been setting around for hours. Rolls are dry, only thing moist is the gravy and it taste like it was made yesterday.
