I really like Pollo Campero. True, it can be a little salty. But I like that thin, crackling crust that is a result of tumbling the chicken pieces in a proprietary blend of spices, fine bread crumbs and flour. And I think they have done a terrific job of offering a variety of sides that I would want to eat. Salads, interesting vegetables, etc. I especially like that the food is delivered on better quality plasticware as opposed to styrofoam. All in all, one of my favorite places for a quick and fast meal at a reasonable price. Thumbs up.

OK Pollo Campero can be found in El Salvador it wasnt until a few years ago they opened one here in Houston. I must say its nothing compared to the one in El Salvador the one in El Salvador is way better than the one here in the United States. The one here is not bad. I would recommend this restaurant to others to check it out. Just remember you can ask just about any salvadorian and they will agree that the one from El Salvador is better than the one here in the states.

Un ambiente agradable en una localidad muy buena, es un restaurante hispano sin embargo hay uno que otro anglosajón el trato de los empleados es aceptable la higiene de sus baños 8/10

not very good service the salad bar have nothing and the sauce they offered me was ketchup and green ketchup and were pesimos and the cashier a young inexperienced and not friendly and chicken or so and very expensive I never returned to that temperature rise to and very hot air

The day I visit the food had a horrible taste. Like is was sitting there for days The employees rudely started cleaning around and breaking down the tables cause they were closing. Nobody said anything and they were just chatting behind the checker waiting for me to leave

Ive always felt that they dont give you enough food here. Maybe its just me. Im also havent been completely happy with how the food tastes. It is a place I have gone to for a quick bite when I need to kill some time and it I would still recommend it for those purposes.

Very slow customer service. Woman on drive thru spoke very fast and she was hard to understand. I ordered fried chicken and they gave me baked. They no longer give tortillas, but a small white bread bun. Customer service and quality of food has gone down hill.

Its fast food fried chicken but the choice of grilled and the different type of fry separates from other chicken chains. Options of sides are great and its quick, its a change from your Popeyes or chickfila.

Fave fried chicken around. Plantains are always soft, ripe and perfect, fries are the right amount of crispy and delicious and that corn salad is amazing. Horchata is not good, but we forgive them.

Im so disappointed, with this restaurant. The fried chicken is supposed to be fried, not drowning in oil half cooked. Nasty, nasty, will never go back to eat at any pollo campero.
