My family and i eat here more than i would care to admit. I tried the mushrooms yesterday and i am sitting here wishing it were an hour later. I would like to point out one particular person we had serving us a few nights ago, Jazz. The b.e.s.t. service i have had anywhere, fast food and non. I watched as she completed tasks with excellence, going above and beyond with even the most menial of tasks. While doing each task with such focus, she was still able to easily break away and give full attention to anyone who came in. She even noticed I would need more lemons, brought me some, refilled my drink and then refilled the lemon box. I walked up to the counter, she was taking someones order and another associate was just standing there. She instructed him to get me a small box, Mac and cheese kids and a bag. He hadnt even noticed I was there yet. She was serving someone yet remembered what i had ordered and mentally knew what i would be coming up to ask for....seriously! Jazz is management material. In all our trips there, that was my first encounter with her and days later I was still so impressed I had to say something.

The customer service here is GREAT. I had a previous (not so good) experience with a side of fried mushrooms that were way too greasy with goopy breading (late drive-thru). I contacted them about it and they got back to me right away and insisted on making it right. My family and I went back today and Im so impressed with everything we got, really fresh ingredients and everything we ordered tasted great! Really good flavored iced teas and lemonade. The place (including the bathrooms) was clean and I really liked the decor. Would definitely go back! Big thanks to Jamil for making sure this was a great experience for us.

We used to always go to the one off South Broadway and loved it, so when we saw they built one closer to use we were excited. The biggest issue we have ran into is them running out of gravy 30 mins to an hour before closing and refusing to make more. Its the simplest thing to make but have been out multiple times. Aggravated me enough I canceled my order and drove to the other side of town to get food.

Great chicken! The sign says its life changing, and while I wouldnt go that far, it is really good. I was pleasantly surprised. Its a tad expensive, but the portions are large. We will definitely go back.

Most AMAZING FRIED PICKLES!!! The best of many chicken place under one roof. Chicken was well marinated and lightly battered, dipping sauce options to keep everyone happy.

Decent enough chicken. Mango Habanero sauce is probably the best sauce. Better than the BBQ sauce which is kind of bland.
