My first experience at this location. My fiance and I loved the food, nothing wrong in that department. When we arrived the hostess was arguing with another host about two tables. We were seated, Jesus was our waiter. We received our drinks and ordered. However once the food was out we barely received any service. It took 15 minutes on two different drink refills, we stacked plates we were finished with in hopes they would be moved... Didnt happen until we left. Other waiters and waitresses were in my opinion not professional. Walking by huffing and mumbling under their breath. I could sense the tension. Another couple was sitting in front of us and they apparently wanted the endless soup. However they had to wait quite a while. Their entree came out before their soup! The gentleman was a little disappointed and told the waitress hed been waiting on soup. It was visible that the waitress (Sam, I think her name tag read) was trying to hold back an attitude and proceeded to keep asking the guy if he wanted cheese on his meal. He was trying to tell her that he wanted his soup before the entre. Eventually I think it worked out but I know that they were waiting also. I understand that some days get tough, however as a customer and someone who works with people, I expect that all issues be left off the floor away from my customers and dealt with later. I have had many positive experiences with Olive Garden, however this one was not what my fiance and I were hoping for. The food, again was excellent. But the service was below the line for me therefore my review is two stars. I dont believe that we will be back to this location. Lived in Raleigh for two years and found out about it on a whim. I was excited because I had not been there in ages. Now Im disappointed.

This is my 2nd worst Raleigh Olive Garden experience so Im not sure if I will give them three times to strike out. The Wake Forest location is so much better but for convenience we dined in Raleigh on Sunday, 4/30. This was Sunday night around 7ish. The service from our waitress indicated she needs to be re-trained or she was totally flustered. It took a long time to get everything from delivery of our beverages, taking our order, delivering the salad/soup and we would have to ask her for service. When she did bring out the salad & soup she proceeded to give the salad & soup to the table across from us that had arrived at least 20 mins or more after us. I had to say to her that we were there first and she commented that she had so many tables she was confused! Even though I was totally disgusted with her service I did leave a decent tip. I know a servers salary depends on it but this OG has lost a good customer. Oh, let me not forget - as we were leaving the three hostess/host at the front were so busy laughing and talking they didnt even acknowledged us to say thank you, good night, thanks for coming - nothing! To add more salt to injury !

After sitting in the lobby for over 30mins, and being told by the hostess that several quests that came in had reservations. After being seated I asked another hostess I wasnt aware that Olive Garden takes reservation and she reply WE dont, so I asked why we got skip several times. Now, to the NIGHTMARE! After being seated for over 20 mins before a server came over to with a pleasant smile, kindly said she was sorry and we proceed to give her our order. My friend and I order Seafood Alfredo, and Chicken Scampi, 1 Mango Smoothie, and 1 coke. After waiting another 20 mins, and when the food decided to arrive it was so DRY, and NO moisture and I asked was our food sitting under the heat lamp, and she reply Im so sorry, and let me get a manager. I didnt want a manager to say in a NON caring attitude we are so busy, and Im sorry I will take care of your food, and still charge me for salad and drinks. The young manager attitude was so NON caring, and he represents OIive Garden...

Went ther e for my fathers birthday. Mom and my gal had the Seafood Alfredo. Dad had the Chicken Alfredo. I had a Ceasar Salad. The Shrimp, in the ladies dishes where tough. The scallops were Mushy and undercooked. Dad didnt say anything about his but he didnt seem overly impressed. I got the Salad as I have been to Olive Garden three times in the passed 20 years. I figured "how could they screw that up? Well I found out. The Chicken was undercooked and had a Fat layer on it that made it inedible, and when I asked for "Roqufort or Blue Cheese dressing, our server looked at me like a calf looking at a new fence, to say that she didnt know what I was asking for. Over all I wasnt disappointed they are four out of four for inimpressive meals over 20 years, for me. One in Reno Nv. one in Napa Ca. one in Sacramento Ca. and now one in Raleigh, North Carolina. I really dont care to return to any of their establishments again. They are the "puppy mills" of the resturant world.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We visited this location recently with my family and we waited over an hour when we were only told 30 minutes. Well they got my order wrong and everyone else finished eating and I was still waiting for my plate that never came! Manager happened to pass by and told him to cancel my order and he just walked into the kitchen and never came back to apologize and said nothing! Server said they were "training" . Server which was Travis never came to check on us and never picked up our unused plates they were just sitting there stacked on our table after we finished with our soups! He took an hour for our checks and after 7 attempts he finally got our checks right because he kept getting it wrong! Very disappointed with server and manager there! I have sent a complaint to their corporate office too! Never will go back!!!

Olive Garden is wonderful! Absolutely delicious! The food is ALWAYS good and hot, and prepared perfectly! I give it FOUR stars. NOT five. I would give it five stars but I must warn you: BEWARE! IF you call in an order during lunch (when items ARE cheaper than the dinner menu), they WILL charge you the dinner amount, for lunch! Make certain you tell them to give you the lunch amount, for the lunch price! Yes, they do give you the dinner amount (of food), but when you are calling in a lunch order, you should certainly expect to pay the "lunch" prices! Make sure to tell them NOT to charge you dinner prices at lunch. They are sneaky and will do that. We had it happen to us. Otherwise, great place to eat, and we will definitely be going back!

This was the worst Olive Garden we have ever been to. Our appetizer came out raw. Our salad had very little dressing. The rest room had trash all over the floor and the garbage was overflowing. Our meals were over cooked and dry. Our waitress was obligatory and just really didnt give a damn. After seeing our bill and that we were charged for the raw app I went to find the manager. Told her all of my observations and made her aware of our impression of the restaurant. She wanted to give us a gift card for the next time that we returned and I told her there would not be a next time . This Olive Garden should be standardized with other restaurants in the chain. They obviously need new management. Do not eat here!
