As you all know when doing a review they require you give at least 1 star! My conscience has forced me to write this review, if you work in the service industry it is usually by choice so if this is not your chosen profession please seek alternative employment. I purchased a box of chicken last night but didnt look inside until I reached my home. Upon further inspection there should have been 5 pieces but was only 4 and one of the 4 was "suspect" meaning it looked as though someone had bitten off it. I had no idea what I wanted when I decided to return the chicken but the demeanor of the "manager" Jennifer was very cold. How she is manager I cannot fathom when she is lacking the simplest of customer service skills. Never asked what I needed or would like, never apologized for getting my order wrong, never offered to correct their mistake.. my only recourse was to request a refund to which I still think is suspect because she didnt ask for my card to refund my money. She didnt even have the common decentcy to respectfully return the receipt to my she laid it on the counter! Ill never return here and I would hope others pay close attention to these reviews because the employees at this location should be replace with decent respectful workers who al least care to do the job they are being paid for!! So with sadness I say that I hope no one ever goes to this place again and they are forced to close their doors due to lack of profit!!!!!!

The manger (Alejandro) when confronted with the fact their food was putrid (spoiled and old and nasty...did not care and laughed about it...When asked to go and taste her own food she refused to check it. If the mangers attitude is like that no wonder their food is spoiled...She did not offer a refund or any compensation. WE THREW AWAY THE FOOD. FOOD POISONING IS ON THE MENU AT THIS POPEYES. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE US THE NUMBER FOR THWE OWNER AND DID NOT GIVE US A RECEIPT,,,OUR FOOD WAS TO GO AND NO ONE CHECKED IT AT LOCATION

While I dont dispute that some of the other customers may have had a bad experience, I have to say that maybe they were on drugs or maybe they may have just woken up from a nightmare. What I experienced was, quite frankly, one of the best fast food experiences Ive had in a very long time. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and courteous. She smiled and made polite small talk. She was very efficient at her job and got my order perfect. Based on my experience I will happily go back very soon.

The receipt shows the employees name as Tia M. She looks Hispanic. She has a very poor customer service. The black lady ahead of me changed her order and Tia rolled her eyes. When it was my turn, I told her I wanted the Surf & Turf combo. She asked me if I wanted the dinner which has a drink. I asked her whats the difference then I got her Sigh and Rolling-Eyes combo. These assholes had me waiting for 20 minutes before someone came out and told me they didnt have enough chicken and I would need to keep waiting!! Meanwhile, two cars went by with their orders! Im waiting for another 15 minutes to get my money refunded, which NEVER happened because the genius couldnt find my receipt. I am so pissed! Im submitting a complaint to their corporate office, this is wayy beyond unacceptable!

seriously, this is one of the best place. i constantly go here, and started conversation with people who work here. they are polite, real nice. now i only go here while certain person is work. If she is not there i just drive out with our placing order. i wish she is single and wanna be friends with her. Alex wanna go out lunch or movies.

Worst popeyes ever. Slowest service. At the drive thru they asked me to pull up to the door with no one behind me. After waiting 10 mins got our order without the sides or sauce I had asked for, oh yea and no drinks. So they come back with just drinks no straws or sauce. Shm. Very disappointed.

Please check ur orders before leaving. Maybe out of the 10 times i have visit this place they have got my order right 4 times. Depends on which manager is on duty the food quality is totally different. If a hispanic woman is the manager the food is on point and ur order will be right.

False advertising. They advertised a sale in their window which they said had been discontinued. Yet they hadnt removed the sign. Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Dont try to draw customers in with false advertising. And then proceed to e rude when you get called on it.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! THis is the worst fn Popeyes I have ever been too!!! This entrire crew needs to be fired but then that is probably what they want because they certanly do not act like they appreciate even having a job! Never again will spend a dime here!!! Dont waste our time!

We went in at 815pm on a Friday night only to be told "we arent dropping anything but we have some spicy chicken left". We had a toddler with us who cant eat spicy chicken. The store says open till 10pm so I guess they stop making new food at 8

Ive been to several locations BUT this location is the worst yet!!!! The chicken did not have the signature flavor!!! Chicken appeared as if it had been refried.......Popeyes Corporation should be ashamed to have them represent them!! SAD!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never get your order right phone is disconnected, it is the nearest one to me but the worst ever I pay for extra sauce I didnt even get! CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Ordered one of those box meals they show on tv. Get home and there wasnt any chicken inside. I decided to call and complain and their number doesnt even work. How stupid is that..wont eat there again..

Went through the drive thru and there were flies in the kitchen trying to fly out the window. My shrimp and chicken tenders were cold it was horrible I just threw it away. What a waste of money.

The food taste old and the girl at the drive Thru is rude. This is my second time here and the chicken is old tasting. Wont be going back. I wouldnt give them one star but not an option .

worse popeyes i ever ate at, no butter or honey for bisquit, the chicken was over cooked, the gravy on the mashed potatoes looked like pure oily greese, and the manager was unfriendly
