Called in today before going up to Hartz because my last order was not correct and was told by the manager Damian to ask for him and he would correct my order.. That is what I did.. I was told he was not there today and did I want to speak to another manager so I said yes.. explained what happened to her and she said no problem she would have my order ready.. I get there and they tell me that since my order that was in correct was a month ago that they will not replace it.. I only had 1 day to come and get my replacement meal which I was not told this and would not have gone up there to get my meal replaced.. I asked for corporates number and was told you can call corporate I dont care I am the owner and this is your fault.. I said seriously?? What happen to the customer is right because in this instance I was right.. I WILL NEVER GIVE HARTZ ANOTHER PENNY OF MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst buffet in ALL of Houston, maybe even Texas!!! I had all of the following items and they were all horrible: Chicken (dry, unseasoned), mashed potatoes ( lumpy and taste worse than box kind), gravy (too salty), dirty rice (half of the pan was burnt), cheesy potatoes (no flavor), white rice (dry), okra in sauce (watery)... how can a place mess up so many items? All the other items looked dry from sitting there so long. They dont even bother to stir stuff around. The ONLY item that was good was the GRAPES!! I asked for fried okra because its really what i was craving that resulted in me going there and they said i would have to pay for it and not for buffet. PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND OPEN A CICIS PIZZA OR ANOTHER AFFORDABLE BUFFET. Im praying...

Dont go here! The chicken on the buffet was old. They kept the fresh chicken for drive thru and to-go customers. The hispanic manager Damien was very rude from the moment I paid for the buffet. He watched us like a hawk. He stood and stared at us while we ate. He later yelled at us from the register across the dining room that he was watching me & my family on the camera. I didnt understand why, we had 2 buffets & our children had a 2pc special with a side that they didnt eat, everyone had purchased food. He wouldnt give us a bag for the non buffet food we purchased for our kids that they didnt even eat. His behavior was unnecessary, inapppropriate & uncalled for. I know we will not return.

This place used to be better when the other people owned it. Came here with my kid and Im not happy. Employees reaching their whole body through the buffet counter instead of going around, flies all over, the food wasnt as fresh as it used to be. At 7:30 they start putting chairs on top of tables while you sitting there eating. The lady doing tables, chairs and trash uses the same cleaning towel to wipe tables and trash cans then goes by buffet and behind and behind buffet with the same towel and doesnt wash her hands before handling food. I will not be going back.

For the price, its a steal. We were very leery to try this place, but we were surprised by the choice and quality. The greens were a bit too salty, but the chicken tenders were light, juicy, and perfect- some of the best tenders Ive had and I usually dislike tenders! The staff was friendly and the place was CLEAN! Its a bit outdated, not much ambiance; but, for the price and the hot, fresh food its a steal. If you want to eat some hot, fresh, bargain buffet food its good.

I lived in the Houston area for 47 years my Vita different Hartzs around Houston spring and Tomball. This is the one I will go to and Im in the spring area. Has been taken over by new management is trying to expand what they have to offer. I usually go in and get the meal dine in great deal and they do give a senior discount.

This is a horrible location, they are not professional at all. There service here sucks this location needs to be closed. Its nasty inside and the crew members are rude and nasty. I will never return to this location again and will advise others to avoid this location. Theres a Popeyes on the corner. .

Harkins me back to a simpler time. When Amish women made food from scratch and took pride in the art of homemade cooking. There was a cornucopia of mouth watering delights that would satisfy any hearty red blooded American. Or a large overindulgent person confined to there hoverround.

Mmm chicken...I thoroughly enjoyed their variety of chicken and sides. But their rolls are the best, even better when theyre fresh out of the oven. The employees were friendly and the restaurant was well maintained. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Good variety of chicken -- hot and fresh (I would recommend the baked chicken), the sides are quality, but the ROLLS are literally the best. Management was real friendly to my group and the restaurant is clean and well kept. Def 5 stars, would come again!

For simple food it was bad. The only good thing is the fried chicken, not the strips, just the pieces. Dont get the buffet. Wont go back. Just a little care and the food would be fine. I ordered the buffet and left hungry because i did not want anymore.

Pretty decent food. The employees were very friendly at the drive-thru. The wait is acceptable for a drive-thru. There were four cars ahead of me in the Drive-Thru, but I didnt feel like I had to wait an undue amount of time.

This actually happened like two weeks ago. I took my family thur the drive thur and ordered. The food looked OK but I should have checked it before we drove off. It was ants on the rolls, Ants! Thats all I gotta.

Ordered number 11 and 2 Dr Peppers. After waiting what seemed a excessive amount of time, I did not get my drinks. The clerk told me I couldnt have them because he mischarged me. Didnt even get a thank you.

Went through the drive-thru, placed my order, drove up to the window, and waited almost 5 minutes... No one came to take payment. I left. Poor service. Will not return to this location.
