This KFC has a terrible manager. Dennis did not pack my meal correctly and left items out. I very nicely asked to have these items replaced at which point Dennis started to argue with me telling me I was wrong and all items were in there, when they were clearly missing. I will never be returning to this location.

This place is a joke. Always send coupons but trying to use it at this location is like pulling teeth. Employees will only allow you to use it once despite coupon clearly stating "Limit 4 use per coupon". In fact, more often than not, they will tell you to just go the Burnsville location. Wow!

We went through the drive through and didnt have any issues but one in our group had to use the restroom. The inside of the place was filthy, trash cans overflowing, and overall unkept. The restroom was filthy and likely hadnt been cleaned in a week or two.

Bad service, bad food, dirty place. Normally I absolutely loooove KFC!!!... But, with how this place is tonight... they REALLY NEED IMPROVEMENTS done!!!... i dont know if its just tonight... or what!!!... but, simply terrible and rotten!!! :(

The buffet is priced right at just under 10 bucks! Its a deal that just cant be beat! All the Colonel Sanders fried chicken U can eat plus all the extra trimmings! U wont leave hungry here!

For around 9 bucks you can eat all you want. Very limited in selection. For the same amount or a few bucks more Id rather go to old country.
