Stupidly good. Lost it when I went here the first time, after being disappointed in the new pho 79 in Hampton. Its just perfect. Staff is great. Tea and desert- great. And of course, the pho is the best Ive had. Wont be back to the 79!

The best in the state of Virginia. Ive been to just about every Pho restaurant and this is the best. Other Pho restaurants the food is either too sweet too greasy and the broth is stale. Pho 83 is a prefect blend fresh and not greasy.

It feels authentic, right down to the chopsticks and napkin holder on the table. I had the pho, and it was pretty good. There is better pho in town. However for this place, the bhan mi (sandwiches) stands out as great.

Absolutely delicious pho. Either my girlfriend and I come here a lot or the wait staff has a great memory. They remembered the order we had 2 months ago, and asked if we wanted it again. Great service.

In terms of food, I wouldnt say its way better than other Vietnamese Restaurants in the area, but I like it and this is my go to Vietnamese Restaurant. Quick service and friendly staffs.
