Wow.this place is run by kids..I would swear most of the employees are on some kind of drug.my girlfriend was sexually harassed by a young black employee named Dante. Management was informed and nothing was done about it.not one apology. I actually have seen the employees handling food after picking up trash and touching several things Im sure were not sanitary.I care less what people do on their on time and in their personal life but I find the Manager very unprofessional. She likes to joke openly about her lesbian life style and personally was not empressed when my child over heard those things being focussed.not only that,when I went to complain about these things I was interrupted by her screaming back and forth with a employee she was firing ..wow..will never recommend this place nor come back.this Franchise needs to clean this place up..

This is absolutely the worst drive thru/ worst service i have ever encountered, not only did they get my order wrong FOUR different times, each time I asked them to correct my order politely, they gave such bad attitude and rude remarks, after the third time they got my order wrong in the drive thru, I parked and went in myself to get it settled. When I went in, the MANAGER maria YELLED at me telling me they already corrected my order and their was nothing else to do. I told her it still isnt right that I had checked, they charged me for food I didnt ask for, they got my order right the fourth time but I will never be returning. Also, they put absolutely NO honey on my honey butter chicken biscuit. WORST. EVER.

I went to this whataburger after over a year in Colorado without one. I was quite excited to enjoy a burger from here again; and I did. The food was quite good, even the half burger I saved and ate the next day. The service, however, left something to be desired. I was essentially ignored for the 3-5 minutes I sat at the pickup window, while I watched the employees inside laugh and joke (great sign for morale in the store). However, when your conversation distracts you to the point that you attempt to hand me anothers meal, then forget that Ive already paid and want me to do so again, I have an issue.

I have been to this location a few times now and had nothing but great experiences. The food is your standard Whataburger menu and has always been served hot for me. The thing that really stood out about this particular location was the customer service. The staff and management are very attentive to customer feedback and definitely go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. I would come back here just for the customer service alone. Keep up the great work!

You know this Whataburger location made me have high expectations of the other locations in the Houston area. Come to find out the lady who makes this place awesome is Donna. I had a bad experience at the Whataburger on 290 & Hollister this weekend, it made me go " hmm this is why I should stick to the one in Tomball!" Anywho Donna you rock & the Tomball location is definitely the best!

Messed up my order. Then after driving 20 minutes home and discovering part of the order is missing, I called the manager and she acts like it is no big deal. How hard is it to check and make sure the entire order is in the bag? Last time we will ever go to the Tomball Whataburger. Each trip has gotten progressively worse. This one was the last chance.

Normally do not like this whataburger, so the last time that quality was bad, I called corporate to complain. Tonight went back and the burger tasted just like a Whataburger should!!! This is the only Whataburger in town for us, so please complain (to corporate, not locally) if the food is bad. But tonight the burgers were great! Please keep it up!

I think Ive only ever been in the drive through. In the late evening there is typically a few cars always in line. The person on the intercom is usually very plain and straight forward, probably because of being busy. But the person who hands the food out is usually a little more cheery, which is nice. Food is consistently good.

They have no idea how to keep a drive through moving! Told the vehicle right in front of me to just pull forward and not to the side or to a parking space so the whole line got held because of one order. At the very least explain it to the person stuck in line that already has their food why they arent able to leave.

Way to many unsupervised teenagers. The management should not allow unsupervised teenagers late at night. They ( the teenagers) are loud, rude, foul mouthed and out of control. The store should have a curfew of 9pm for unsupervised teens, no parent should equal no service.

I left my phone in their parking lot. I called them to have them get it before someone else, they kept it and wont give it back. Its an htc thunderbolt with an all black otterbox case.
