It was a little late that evening after visiting a friend at the hospital in Omaha an beings Im from avoxa with at least an hours drive ahead of me i stop at this Burger King it was the worst the what was jus out of this world I do believe there where six cars in wait. And the food was jus ok lettuce need cut more big chunks of lettuce which the sandwich was all over I give this buger king a two thumps down

Asked for an additional bag of croutons for my salad & the female at the drive thru window, Cass, said - and I quote; "NO! We dont just hand them out"! Excuse me?!?! I just purchased a $6 salad & you give me 1 small bag with 5 croutons in it!!!! Cass- BK will be your lifelong career unless you figure out what Customer Service is all about!

I have been asked to pull around to the front door EVERY time I have been to the drive thru lately. To make it worse I pull over to the front door and that gives them extra time to assure my order is correct but last 3 times it has been wrong. I guess I dont understand how this is so difficult to get the order correct.

The cashier was rude when my god daughter asked for something they use to have. I dont appreciate it at all my kids ate I did not. They need to be trained manners.

Good food but the staff parks in all the close parking spaces. I called and talked to one of the managers about it, I do not know if it has changed.

They have never gotten an order of mine wrong, usually only have to wait one to two minutes max, and they are very polite.
