We had a wonderful experience! We came in on a Sunday morning, which appeared to be a little busy. Our waitress, SIna is incredible! She greeted us with a smile with a sincere "how are you today?" We ordered chicken and waffles and the country fried steak breakfast. Our food came out quick. Sina was right with us making sure coffee was filled, if we needed anything, etc. I noticed as she interacted with other customers, she continually smiled and seemed to enjoy working. By the way, chicken was tender and juicy and the country fried steak was so tender that you didnt need a knife to cut it! Great food and great service! Thank you!

Our server was/is GREAT! Her attitude and demeanor is happy and polite and courteous, she made our visit feel welcoming, comfortable and pleasant with a smile that never ended. She kept an attentive check on us through out our entire visit. Our cups never got low and our food was brought to us promptly and steaming hot!(just as it should be) She made sure we didnt need for anything at any time. The food was Great too. Our server was Aisha.

Horrible service, they didnt acknowledge people waiting at the door waiting 15 min to sit down only 3 other tables at this time. After sitting waited 15 min before just walking out.because we we werent serviced no drinks or anything.The people that are supposed to be waitressing and hosting are just nonchalant. Careless attitudes! There loss we had a party of 7. They will regret there choices after they go out of business.

Me and my mom came into IHOP at 12:30 and the waitress didnt even get up to seat us until 12:50 and then instead of seating us she says "its going to be a 45 minute wait" tgere wasnt more than 10 people in the place and she told us 45 minutes and her reasoning was because they were short staffed. I saw atleast 1 person cooking and 3 people serving. This is ridiculous. Never coming back again.

As soon as we walk in the waitress was really rude. Dark hair upper bun. She got our drinks wrong, then threw our straws and continued to argue with us about not throwing the straws. It was 4 of us. We just walked out. Awful and unprofessional service. Just to be clear it was Febuary 26th 2017 at 10:10 pm.

I ate at the Griffin location My food was floating in butter and running all on plate. I sent it back and hashbrown came back same way. Needless to say, i didnt eat my food. I was told its better to eat in the morning than night by my waitress. I wont be back.

This is where I go to start off my "me" days. There is always quick service and helpful staff. I have been here four times and have never had to send my order back for any reason. The food rocks and so does the price - on of the best ihops!

We had the best experience we have ever had this a.m. The server not only was excellent, but was very personable. All the while she was training a new server. The food was properly cooked and good. We will definitely be returning.

Food is good. But I question the service.. come from a fellow IHOP employee...I ask for extras and I was told "reminds us when you get here".... I would not have said that and have given what the customer wanted without question..

Horrible service! After waiting 10 minutes we had still not had a server come to our table. We watched other tables get sat after us and order before us. We eventually walked out without a server ever coming to our table.

Customer service was horrible!! We only wanted to order $.58 pancakes. We didnt have any utensils to eat with then it took 15minutes for someone to come to our table!!! Bad experience!! Will not return!!
