Sure hope the employees of this establishment are content with themselves after calling a tow company to tow countless vehicles of mostly teenagers and parents of teenagers accompanying there children to a local concert. 7 degrees out, 11pm at night and only being parked in your parking lot for a couple hours they are forced to stand out in the frigid cold, most crying because they do not know what to do, trying to call a taxi or ride-share (but none are available because 50 people are trying to call from one area because their cars are towed). Then locking your doors so no one can escape the cold and then actually laughing in the faces of people whos car you called into a tow company, despite your establishment being closed to walk in traffic anyway. Pathetic and unmoral employees like this feed into the bad rap Omaha has.

Rating: negative 4. The worst Burger King ever! I have gone there about every 6 mo. over the last 3 years and it has consistently been a bad experience from the giving you the wrong order in the drive through, unusually long wait times,giving you small fries when you ask for medium and then today they grilled/burned the sausage patties one so bad my friend couldnt choke it down. Never again, I will drive to the competitor further away from now on.

Stood at the counter for five minutes without anybody asking what I needed to order while there was one person in the Drive-Thru and nobody in the restaurant took 10 minutes to get to kids meals and then got a shake instead of a smoothie and was looked at like I was dumb when I told him I didnt want a shake I wanted a smoothie like there was no smoothie on the menu

Doesnt follow the standard sizes and prices used at every other metro area location. This store does the number where they accept your order for a large something, charge the large price, then serve you a small and say "it only comes in small here". Two stars instead of one because thats a good prank

3 stars is all I can give any fast food restaurant with a clear conscience. Food is ....... well....... edible! We will continue to go back because were always in a hurry, and this is..... a...... Fast food restaurant... Not necessarily because we like their food.

I personally love burger King. It is my favorite fast food restaurant! The burgers are just so tasty to me but the only downside is that they keep changing the fries... first they had WAY to much salt and then no salt to no flavor and everywhere in between.

Bad customer service,they can not get a order right to save they life, and I also have been charged 3 different prices for the same thing.I get off @ 7a.m I just need something quick fast and simple and its always a hassle with burger king on south 13th

Super bad customer service. I saw a customer wait for there meal for 15 minutes and they were done with order they got it wrong. I ordered a whopper meal with everything on it but i got was just a plan burger

I started going there after I got pissed off at the other fast food giant down the street. The morning drive through people are great! The two ladies are polite, professional and get the orders right.

Went there for lunch break, 24hrs doesnt mean much to them. Drive thru said they were closed. Happened to me twice there. Fries always cold. Rather go hungry then to go back there again.
