Me and my daughter chose to come to red lobster on telegraph. We had to wait half an hour which was normal for a Saturday night. Then we sat down and our waitresses name was sierra and she was very respectful and polite to us then she took our order which was 2 appetizers and one main dish which was the seaside shrimp trio and and a Diet Coke and water with 2 bowls of Caeser salad. Which took nearly 1hour to arrive to our table. The food came like a disaster and even the biscuits looked like they were dropped on to the ground,stepped on and put back into the basket. The appetizers were cheese sticks which were stale,hard and cold. My daughter ate only one and didnt even bother with the rest she told me mom try the cheese sticks theyre very bad. The came the stuffed mushrooms which were only 4 small stuffed mushrooms and they were also cold and chewy and the cheese wasnt melted yet. Then our main dish came and it was not cooked the shrimp Alfredo was dry and with NO sauce not top I was literally eating stale noodles with on-cooked shrimp. Then we called the waitress we told her the problem and she requested to speak to the manager and we said "Yes please". The manager came after 15 minutes which showed us how much they actually cared. Then the worst part was when she came instead of introducing her self she said in these exact words "Hi,whats the problem?" And we told her about the food and the problems we had and. She cut me off and said "So what am I supposed to do?" Even my daughter looked at her and realized how rude she was. Then after she stared at us for 10 sec she gave the option of taking of the main dish(seaside shrimp trio) and we said yes that will be fine and she stormed off without even saying a word.And the waitress took 25 minutes just looking fir her just to take off the dish because god knows where the manager was. Then when she found her she took off the dish and came to us with the receipt.and our total with the dish taken out was 14.55$. And the plate that was removed was 18.99$ so we saw that the waitress(sierra) was respectful and not rude in anyway I gave her the 20$ as a tip because I dont care about the money and I also asked her what the name of the manager was which is Christine.I want ed right this because I always go to red lobster and have the best time but Christine the manager ruined my time because of her attitude. And I know this because my husband is a GM manager at his restaurant which I will not name. And I see how he treats the people.

First time and definitely last time in his location. Ive always had outstanding service in other locations including out of state. First off it wasnt busy and the waitress every 2 minutes she would ask if we were ready to order so basically I just got annoyed and ordered right away. Second annoying part was that we had finished our salads and she passed us atleast 6 times and never took the dirty plates. They brought our dinner and noticed the dirty plates stacked in the middle of the table and didnt take them. We had to ask them to please take the dirty plates. Third downfall was the dinner wasnt the right order so my wife had to wait for her food once more. Lastly my dinner wasnt hot, and my mash was cold, not even room temperature. Also got rushed out technically since we werent offered dessert or anything else other than our check

I hated it. We went there for my friends birthday. I actually sent him and a another person ahead of me so they could get drinks and an appetizer while I did some shopping. They didnt get any service except for drinks until I arrived. I didnt think an appetizer should take half an hour, plus they didnt even receive a bread basket. I had to ask for the food, the bread, I asked them 3 times to sing happy birthday to my friend which they never did. We also had to ask 3 times for the bill and waited over 20 minutes to receive that. To top it all off I got a horrible case of food poisoning which caused me to miss work. I would never recommend Red Lobster to anyone ever again, I will never return to Red Lobster and I especially do not recommend this location.

When we arrived at the red lobster we were told it would be a twenty minute wait, after about 10 minutes a spot at the bar opened and we moved there. My boyfriend asked the bartender a question about the drink menu, the bartender then adressed another girl (who looked like she wasnt even on the clock) to answer his quiestion. Obviously this was to much of a difficult task for the bartender, who was busy socializing. The bartender didnt even come back to address that the quiestion was answered, or to see if he was ready to order a drink. So we just werent severed. Real nice. This baretender was an older black women. She had negitive vibes the second she approached us. Thankfully our waiter was nice. But defiently wont be coming back.

Our 3 hour dinner wasnt planned. We waited, then waited some more. Once we got a table we ordered drinks. That took 25 mins. We got our appetizer before the drinks, then the salads came out. Still, no drinks. We were told 3 times that the bar was backed up even tho we waited for our table in the bar and watched the 2 bartenders having a ball talking to customers like they were friends. THEN once we got our drinks my wife found a label from the bottle in my Margarita. GROSS! Then my wife got the wrong dinner and all chaos was now in full effect. Dont go here. Unless your in your Pjs. Then youll fit right in. Horrible night out.

I walked in there no customers waiting no one at the podium to seat me...I look behind me and through the to go window there were 5 ppl 3 in uniforms and 2 black ladies in street clothes. Still standing 5 other employees pass me..after waiting about a good 3-4 mins. A young lady ask me was I waiting for a carry out... Its call customer service for a reason people. One of the employees could have said through the window someone will be right with you..or acknowledged me some how...its just horrible. My waitress was ok. Sabrina nice.

The food was exceptionally good. Everyone in our party noticed and commented on how fresh and clean everything tasted. There was no food left behind! :-) The wait is not unreasonable during "non-peak" periods. Can be a little long during lunch and dinner - which tells you the food is worth waiting for. It has GREATLY improved over the past few months. We had stopped going due to the poor service on top of inferior food quality. We are back to being "regulars" due to the improvements. Good job - dont do back!

Do not accept reservations no matter how many people you have need at least more than half of the group to get seated and the staff is always rude... even on a Thursday had A2 hour wait because we were there for my fathers birthday who is deceased it was 20 people because they did not seat us in the room that is supposed to be for large parties it was completely empty but yet they still made us wait two hours rather than seat us there . terrible customer service
