98% the time, Great service, friendly, fast and have the order right even on those late long drive thru nights , most of the time I feel for the crew then because I have noticed many nights there is NO crew, just a few associates trying there best. And when I request added red sauce and cheese to my burritos, I get it, and added meat to my choices, over 85% of taco bells, I order these choices but do not recieve, its bad service especially when you pay extra. I know, how to tell, not only because I am human and can tell, but because my husband gradually worked his way up the later to manager back in Cali, and I co managed a Taco Mayo for a few years, please try and be patient with the crew ar this location and any fast food, because the crew works hard trying to get the food out, in a timely, fresh, and have it right. Most times, under staffed, and rhey are held to corporate guide lines, even if the crew knows theres a rush at a certain time, the computer tells them.how much to prepare wether it be less or to much if its less the customer pays for the wait and the associate pays for it all the way around, because if you even make to much and its not bought you not only get in trouble but can loose your job for waste, that normally goes with the scheduling of staff as well, a computer telling you the figures, they also have trainess scheduled at the wrong times, try to consider if it was your job, a friend or family member. Dont be a jerk and say they should of went to get a higher education, would not have to work at a fast food, most are working to put themselves thru school, or out and cant find work, could be a first job, or a 2nd or 3rd. No matter the reason they are at your service, to feed your craving whenever, so be kind. Thanks, if anyone takes the time to read this, let alone has an open mind the next time they complain over something so small as they forgot a napkin or a fork, go to a 24hr chain gas station and pick it up, you probaly needed to make a pit stop anyway.

I went to this restaurant yesterday along with my buddies. Since it was late night dinner time, there were not many people eating there. I ordered "Chicken Chalupas" n " 7 bean burrito". I normally love chalupas and it looked okay but the taste was horrible and food was so fluffy/trash .So we walked to the desk to complain only to know that this store has a big fat arrogant lady as its manager..and she showed up with an annoyed face after a long wait. She said that it was just one of the ingredients and that we were threatening her. I was so speechless! Where is her manners, service and attitude?? Definitely not recommended.

Found a living spider in my boyfriends taco. I called them immediately to tell them. The lady was super rude and said "we dont have spiders". I told Her all we did was open the box up and unwrapped it and it was there. There is no way it could have crawled in from the trip to our house. She kept having a rude attitude and said "ok well you bring it and we can make another one." I told her we didnt want another one. We were not trying to get our money back or more food. I just thought you should know in case it happened again. She hung up. Horrible service. Will never eat here again.

Im a huge bueno fan but my husband and I always have the same conversation -- the B.O.B. consistently never has the full amount of meat on it. This has been going on for years and this particular item is not cheap. Weve complained but it seems the stores dont even follow their own corporate recommendation. That being said, their food is good and they run incredible specials. You have to be in the know so look on Facebook to find deals for your local area. They dont advertise them, you have to ask for it.

Hi Guys, Please do yourself a favor!! never ever go to TACO BELL at 4703 East 51st Street, Tulsa, OK 74135. The food is below average and the way they treat their customer is unbelievable. My friend, who is a strict vegetarian ordered a bean burrito and he got a beef burrito. when he pointed this out the manager thew him a very rude sorry and she also advised him to do whatever he can when he mentioned that he is gonna complain to the franchise. Something tells me this is not a one time occurrence.

The place is clean. Took awhile for my friends and I to decide what we wanted. Once we did, the person has left the counter. Was not in uniform. No one was. Besides a few in uniform pants. A guy finally came up, he was very nice. Seemed high on something though. Nice experience. Popular music was playing. Only thing was that employees were talking about drugs and parole back in the kitchen where we could hear it.

Beware, you might not get what you have ordered and on top of it you will be treated like you were getting the food for free. There is this manager over there who should be trained how to behave with people, looks like she never dealt with people or maybe she was in a zoo all this time. I will never ever go to Taco bell again...

Plan on setting aside a minimum of 15 minutes to constantly repeat your order to the cashier... and after the trauma wears off its a crap shoot if the order was entered correctly. Bring blood pressure medication, a prayer, and maybe some Ritalin... chances are it will all be needed during your meal.

This taco is not a good place to visit if you are expecting a good service. They Dont treat their customers well. There is a fat lady ( Manager i guess) who was rude and arrogant as hell. Will never visit this taco bell again.They even overcharged my credit card.

Since they have remodeled the restaurant they have changed. Food is good, hot, fresh,and faster than they used to be. We have been working down the road, before and after their remodel,, definitely a change for the better. Keep up the good work Taco Bell

I ordered a burrito with no sour cream. My order was correct on the screen, but when i got home there was sour cream on the burrito! I wont order from this TB anymore at the drive-thru, since i cant even trust what theyll put on the food.

There is nothing convenient about the drive thru there at this Taco Bell. 36 minutes in drive through for 2 bean and cheese burritos. By the time I rolled up to pickup window, I didnt even want the burritos anymore.

Its ok its a nice place for groups and good for people who like food with a little spice but theres stuff for people who arnt into spicy food as well
