Where to start. It seems like there is always confusion between employees that are working the front line which leads to them literally arguing and berating each other in front of the customers, very unprofessional !! I have also had many instances of the employees talking loudly about things going on in their personal lives that should be talked about outside of the workplace. There is one guy there, Im not sure what his name is but he is always there. This guy is always yelling at someone for doing something wrong, again!! right in front of the customer. Handle that crap after closing!! Just like every other Chipotle that I have been to they are stingy with the meats and pile on a ton of rice to make it look like you are getting more. The line is almost always out the door because the prep line doesnt have enough people on it. Its really a shame that I have to do a "drive by look" through the glass to see how long my wait is going to be, the majority of the time I just continue on my way home because the wait is ridiculous. One time I called in an order and they told me 15 minutes, that was fine. I get there about two minutes late and walk up to pick up the food, they hadnt even started preparing it yet!!!! I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes while everyone else in line got their food. If I ordered over the phone and am literally standing there waiting shouldnt one person tend to my order immediately to get me out the door due to the inconvenience?? Youd think so but that didnt happen. I will never phone order from them again. Outside of all this I will say that the food is good.

I love Chipotle but this particular store is crap. Ive had my ups and downs with different Chipotles around Atlanta, including obvious differences between employees - but this store just doesnt seem to know what its doing at all. Or, I guess you could say they know exactly what theyre doing - running a scam. They really skimp on everything, insanely more than any other store or employee Ive encountered. Ive only eaten there a few times, but the lack of food in my burrito was enough to burn this place distinctly into my memory. They dont know how to wrap burritos. They put half the meat theyre supposed to. Adding some free vegetables is like pulling teeth. They put NO rice or beans. I mean, come on! Thats the cheap part! You cant even put some dang rice on my burrito? I once ordered a burrito for a friend and asked for beans by accident. While they ate it, I apologized - they were confused, "What? Theres beans in this?" We looked and could hardly find any. They told me they had wanted rice though. "But I *DID* tell them rice," I said. We couldnt find much of that either. Hagerstown Chipotle - Why do you crush my dreams?

Constantly giving me the wrong order, always rushing and pushing to get me out of the store even when the restaurant is empty which causes the miscommunications. They dont bus their tables, as far as Ive seen. I love Chipotle and I eat there more than twice a week but this particular branch doesnt seem to care for quality. I will say that the cashier (whose name I cant tell you as they dont have name tags) is very polite. As for food, its not that great. Juices are always soaking through the bowl and leaking out through the bag. The food is neither warm nor cold. The guacamole has hard, under ripe chunks in it. They let their food cross contaminate, cheese into lettuce, lettuce into guac, etc. Dont know the difference between corn and flour soft tortillas. That may not be a big deal to a lot of people but it means that those of us who cant eat gluten, and come home to a flour tortilla instead of corn, are disappointed.

8/19/17 @6:02 The young guy serving at the beginning of the food line was a BOSS. High five to him, he had the line moving fast. I even had a lady in front of me that said she had a Food allergy (but she decided to eat at a fast food restaurant smh) anyway, he quickly changed his gloves completed her order and jump to me. He was moving real fast, he earned his pay. High five to him! The other workers couldnt keep up to him cause we had to wait to get the rest of the items (they were slow)... it was 3 people a head of me waiting on the next employee ... to the young man at the beginning of the line, you are a good fast worker and I appreciate that. I dont go to chipotle that often because of the long line and the wait but next time I go I hope hes working. . Dear Mr Chipotle - He deserves a raise.

Service was slow and the workers did not understand what I was saying and got flustered when I tried to correct them. They did not know there place in line and did not really care for us. The cashier took our card and went to do something else...came back swiped it...gave it to us and left again...wheres our food?. Who I was wish finally just took the tray when she wasnt looking. I think overall Chipotle needs better chairs. I am a 17 year old, and my back still hurts from them and it was to breezy to go outside. The food...was great though! I would go back just for the food. Better than any other Chpotle I have been to.

Okay lets start off I would have given zero starts if I could so I enterd this location with my mother in law 30 min before closing the lobby was absoultely disgusting said I wanted my food to go the employee that served us was terribly rude they were also out of almost everything we asked for then the girl that checked us out was rude and impolite management should be very disappointed in their night shift crew customer service my food was fresh and tasreful but will still never return to this location because of the awful service experience

This is my go to Mexican fast food restaurant in the area. The staff is kind and well mannered which provides for an enjoyable customer experience. The steak is the best meat option available and the food is always fresh. The only issue I have with is the extraordinary wait times for the line as it is not something that you can get through quickly (eta 30 - 40 mins). Other than that the price is high but such is it usually for the quality of the food being purchased.

This was a busy store!!! I cant fault them for having a line out the door on a Monday night - the restaurant next door was crickets! They were fully staffed behind the counter and moving pretty quickly. A very clean store, they moved alot of people in and out, this is a good Chipotle Restaurant! My husband hates when I request my usual Burrito Bowl because he has to stand in line forever in Chambersburg. Food was hot, cooked and served as ordered, great job.

Terrible freaking crap customer service. Very small portions of meat. I ordered 4 burritos they were all smothered with sour cream and guacamole. More sour cream than chicken. I got the food replaced and (here comes the best part) a big nasty hair was in the lower left side of the bowl. The cashier seemed to be confused as to what her job was. It was really fuggin weird. I love Chipotle but. Seriously they could use a change of management
