Food is usually good but some kind of monitoring needs to be done on the staff. Consistently every time we order from here, the staff is rude and just act like they dont want to be there and dont want to talk to anyone. I get that its almost a fast food restaurant but for the prices, I feel like I should get better service.

Great service ,the parmesan cheese dust is horrible, simply horrible. Cheap tasting, no garlic flavor,the rest of the flavors are ok, the girl at the register with the natural puff in her hair was courteous and also the guy with the light brown eyes super friendly with pleasant smiles. 2/20/17 at surwood in baton rouge

I brought a 12 wings only flats and only end up with 10. My 8 wing only flats combo was suppose to be Cajun but I received hit without my ranch. I called and talk to the manager she said she was going replace it. Long story short I only receive a replacement for the 12 which wasnt flats....

Pretty freaking awful. Ordered online to have food picked up at 11:30 for me and a coworker. Got there at 11:20. The food was was ready but it was cold, fries were soggy, greasy, and NOT seasoned like I ordered. The only good thing was the sprite. Disappointed for the price. Big let down.

The only reason I came to this one was because I left my debt card at home and couldnt pick up from the one closer to my job. Now although the food is great the service HORRIBLE. I hate this location. Id rather drive across town to get better service anytime. The need to do better!!!!

Place is busy!! So I figured it must be good........sure was! Got 20 wings with fries under the quoted 18 minute wait. 3 flavors with 20 wings and I was licking my fingers for all 3. Louisiana rub, Hawaiian, and hickory smoked BBQ.

Wing Stop garlic parmesan wings are the best. The teriyaki wings are good as well. Hands down the best. I prefer all my wings "bone in" so if you like boneless just be cautious because sometimes they can be dry

Fries are the best, with a sweet and sour vibe. Hand cut. Wings are good, but not as good as buffalo wild wings. Its a close second though, and certainly worth checking out for the fries alone
