The food was cold and the server was lousy. We had a server who never checked US( one time) ONLY when we had our food already ! Until we had our food brought to us and was going to pay had to find random server to check out 20 minutes to just pay. This particular place was great 2 years ago but as it became more popular than became less than good. I paid over $30 for lousy food and services. Please avoid going here and go to Panera or anything else. Dont be fooled by how full it is but that means worse services. I was a server as a teenager and always checked on the food orders so, food will not be cold and on the customers to get there drinks and let them know. This server was working her stations and abandoned the customers. Ex-Server.. You got served!!

3.5 stars. Good location. Decent menu, ( no chicken fried steak). Me and my wife got an omelet and we both liked them. The only potato side they had were potato squares, no fries or hash brown options. Kind of crowded tables. They leave the coffee pot at the table and the coffee is good. They also leave a bunch of different flavored creamers which is a big plus. Prices are better then average. Servers are nice.

The menu is health driven, but without losing the flavor of a regular breakfast spot. In most cases the food comes fast and the service is great! They have a small selection of cocktails that compliment breakfast and lunch. If you are looking for something healthy and flavorful, I suggest this restaurant. The restaurant is clean and the kitchen has good ventilation so you dont smell like food when you leave.

OMG! Incredible! I ordered the crab and asparagus omelet from their seasonal menu and my partner ordered their biscuit in turkey gravy. Both selections were better than I even hoped! This is my new favorite breakfast place. Unique and delicious menu, prompt delivery of food and our waiter provided the best service Ive had in years. Must visit!!

The place is mediocre across the board. There are 500 waiters yet they are all doing the George Costanza acting like theyre busy. The kitchen was really slow and my food came out cold. The food had an okay taste nothing exceptional. I had the salmon eggs Benedict and my brother had the Bacado omelet. It feels and taste like a chain restaurant.

This place has really gone down hill in the last year. The menu has changed, removing all of our favorites. The service was slow considering half the tables were unoccupied. Serving staff is spread too thin seems to be confused about restaurant procedure. Have complained to management before and have seen no improvements.

First Watch is a chain restaurant, except it is so much more. There menu is well thought out and varied, something for everyone. Portion size is good, service even when busy is excellent. My family drive from all points of the big O, to meet for breakfast or lunch. Even the picky eaters are happy with the selection.

We go here almost every weekend, the food is that good! Service is also good, but be prepared to wait 25+ minutes if you come in during brunch time. Its worth it, for sure and theres a seating area inside and outside the restaurant, as well as a Bed Bath and Beyond right next door if it gets too crowded.

Delicious, well thought out, healthy food. Nicer place with fancier food. I really enjoyed the "Chickichanga"! However, it was quite difficult to choose it over the Fig & Prosciutto Toast. Cant wait to visit Omaha, again, and ensure we stop by First Watch.

I have no idea why this place is always so busy. The food was average at best, even though there were 10 servers all walking around I sat with an empty tea glass for 30 minutes (which is about how long we waited for three pancakes). Not worth it.

Very busy Sunday morning...was told a 20 minute wait..but was seated within 10 minutes. Waitress was very prompt and seemed happy to be helping... Food and drinks came quick.....and very well made... Enjoyed every bit of this experience!

Do not be scared by the health minded advertisements. The food is delicious! Top notch quality! Excellent breakfast potatoes, Gigantic pancakes, great service! Lots of options. One of the best places Ive ever been to.

We couldnt find our waitress for a good 20 minutes after she took drink orders. After she took our lunch orders, it seemed like an endless amount of time before another wait staff brought out the order. Food was good.

Marshall is a great server but my meal eas just so so. I had biscuits and gravy. The gravy had the flavor and texture of broken down potatoes mixed with turkey sausage.
