This is a terrible place to eat the torta didnt even taste good it had a weird taste and the tostada de ceviche almost $8.00 dollars for a little small tostada very expensive. And I asked for Horchata normally when you go to a Mexican place they give you a big cup and here They gave me the horchata in a kids cup and charge 2.55 8oz cup really I was mad not only that the Michelada taste only like Clamato and instead of them putting chilito on top of the cup they put salt no taste to it and over price total price was 43.15 . Theirs no way this is a Mexican restaurant Dont go eat there if you want to be over charged and food nasty

One of the best Mexican places in East Miami. Authentic, affordable, good service. Youll miss it if youre not paying attention, its so small. The cheese dip with chorizo is one of the best things Ive ever tasted and it doesnt come with chips, they take it to another level with warm flour tortillas (be warned that they will charge an extra buck for sour cream) Basically its an appetizer of delicious mini quesadillas! And the Tacos Al pastor have a cool twist to them, they use pineapple. Yes you read that right, pineapple. So do yourself a favor, grab a friend and come eat here. Oh and sit outside if you can, its great.

La verdad que no lo recomiendo,la comida sin sabor,se dice llamar comida mexicana pero es imitación aparte d eso carísimo toda el área de Miami son unos abusivos ni en orlando está tan caro y eso que hay más atracciones que ver

Absolutely loved this place. Food was well priced and delicious. The carnitas tacos are awesome and the queso fundido was great too. Came back a different day and got the combination #2 which was a lot of food and I got the guacamole as well. The spicy sauce/salsa they give you with the chips is also great and actually spicy Fair warning it helps to know some Spanish if youre coming here as none of the waitresses I talked to knew much English, but food speaks all languages

Stopped at EL FALITO the other night on the way to the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. I had only been to the Miami, FL branch and found it underwhelming to say the least. While this place is an absolute DUMP the food was super duper legit!Ordered the Super Crane Assad Burrito - no creme. It came with free chips and salsa, and I also ordered a Negro Model. The burrito was huge and tasty, everything about it was near perfection. Id return in a heartbeat!

My wife and I went there after reading a lot of positive reviews and it was a total fiasco! If you have any respect for Mexican cusine DONT GO THERE. This is a CUBAN joint serving whats supposed to be Mexican food. The minute we were greeted by the waitress we thought we were at La Carreta for Gods sake! We had to get up and leave. We went straight to Mi Ranchito Mexican on 1961 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33135, now thats authentic Mexican food!

The food is good and when we would go years ago, the service was also. Now, the food is still good; however, the lousy service ruins it. They apparently dont want to work and they give you ugly faces if you dare ask for anything outside of your first drink order and your food order. We will definitely not be returning. Its unfortunate because the food is actually really good and its authentic Mexican which is not too common here in Miami.

After reading the reviews we decided to come by and judge for ourselves. - Margaritas (mystery flavor) - Tacos (3 per order) - Combo #1 (great selection) If you enjoy SPICY (hot) ask for the green sauce or order a side of jalapenos absolutely delicious. The food is good, service is surprisingly good, and the margaritas are horrible they should have" original flavor" not the weird taste that were still debating the mystery flavor.

La comida es muy rica pero el Pozole muy pobre es más caldo que lo que lleva un verdadero pozole y te dan poca lechuga y se pidió más y encima de todo te cobran un dólar más así que no recomiendo ese plato.

Great service, food served quick. Ive had Mexican food in Mexico and though this is no 5 star Mexican restaurant it was a quiet hole in the wall place in Flagler worth the time to visit and try. Food portions I thought were small but in honesty was enough to fill the hunger. The chips if served hot would have been nice with that spicy sauce. If the cook comes out to see the customer it give the restaurant a more personal feel.

Muy buena comida mexicana, buenas porciones a un muy buen precio. Es un lugar pequeño, proveyendo una atmósfera fresca y familiar con una atención muy buena y cordial.

I am from Colombia and Ive missed mexican flavor that I learned to appreciate in Chicago. Finally I found this place in Miami to be very near authentic taste. Very good food and you cant beat their prices. Specials are offered daily, their Micheladas are out of this world. Customer Service? The staff and owner treated us like celebrities. Highly recommended !!

Well after reading all the positive reviews we went with my husband to try out this restaurant! The staff was very nice but unfortunately the two burritos we ordered were nothing special and 24 hours later we have very uncomfortable digestive repercussion!!!! So if you are in search of a internal intestinal cleansing this is the place to go!

Here in Miami, is one of the best places with the real taste of authentic Mexican food. The staff is very pleasant, diligent and make you feel very welcome. I invited my boss ( a Texan Dr. who loves real Mexican food) and he loved it! I invited Cuban friends and loved it too! The prices are very reasonable and the food fresh and very tasty.

I work nearby and stumbled upon this place one day. Like the reviewer below, I didnt expect to find such good food at such a good price. At lunch one doesnt wait long for the food and the little chips and salsa plate is tasty (and free!). Service is excellent, staff kind and welcoming. Cant recommend Jacalito enough.

This place takes me back to the good old taquerías I visited during my road trip to Baja Cali. The place isnt fancy, the place is very very smal but the foooooddd!!! Oh my! There are 6 tables inside and 2 high tops outside. It is perfect for food but not for any fancyness.

Worst experience ever. I ordered nachoes and they put sour creme everywhere and when I asked them to remake it, they said that I would have to pay for another order. Ridiculous and worst customer service Ive ever experienced. This kind of crap makes me hate Miami.
