Had them cater a business lunch (boxed lunch pick-up). Their website says 24-hour notice so I called them a couple days before. Someone who was apparently new said I didnt have to wait 24 hours and they couldnt take my order now. I could come in the morning of and place the order. I asked twice if they were sure because someone else told me 24 hours. She said yes. I should have called again. The morning of, another employee said these were 24-hour orders. I explained the situation and he did his best to accommodate the order that I needed in 3 hours. He was very apologetic over the whole thing and said the manager threw in a box of various bakery items for the group. Everything was ready on-time and the food was delicious (at least mine was). Their tomato basil soup is amazing! While I should have known better to call days before, they were exceptional at making it right.

The meat in the "Napoli" hot sandwich was SO dry and the pesto was undersalted. I had to request extra pesto and avocado and doctor it up with salt to make it bearable. The sandwich was hot on the outside, but the meat in the middle was not. On the upside, the waffle fries were fresh and good so I just tried to fill up on that as much as possible. There was a $1.50 upcharge for the waffle fries and the few slices of avocado I got were also a $1.50 upcharge, so I ended up paying $12 plus tax and tip for the whole thing. The service, unlike the food, was great... and the atmosphere was inviting... but the food and overall value is just not there. Im really only giving this place three stars instead of two because I very much enjoyed the service I got from my server.

I dont normally post bad reviews but the lack of service here really got to me. So I am looking for a good breakfast spot so I decided to try Main Street Bistro for the first time. Walked in no one to be found, waited for a minute and spotted a server but she didnt acknowledge me as she past by. I waited a few minutes longer then walked up to their bar area and grabbed myself a menu, the same server walks past again looks right at me and still doesnt acknowledge me. Then someone walks from the kitchen with an ice bucket looks right at me and doesnt acknowledge me. I waited around for about five more minutes before I final got fed up and walk out . For a place that serves breakfast, they were not busy and definitely not busy enough to ignore a paying customer.

Hot turkey panini was cold and loaded with overpowering dijon mustard. Restaurant charged us two dollars to split a sandwich. Two dollars to set half a sandwich on a second plate (there is no presentation involved here). Breadwinners Cafe charges nothing to split entrees (and is much better in every regard). Quality of ingredients was abysmal. Gelatinous processed turkey. If you actually know what food is prepare to be offended.

Tonight my husband and I, regulars at Main Street Bistro experienced the absolute best NY strip steak ever. So tender that had I not know it was the cut of a NY strip I would have compared it to the tenderness of a filet. The flavor was better than any cut of meat Ive had in a long time. Main Street Bistro continues to WOW us each time we visit, which is weekly. LOVE< LOVE

This place has terrible service I walk in and no one says anything, then a man walks in behind me and he is immediately greeted. Still I get no service the waitress runs around helps the man before me. Then helps another man. She still stays nothing to me. Seemed a bit racist because everyone else was white. She never helped me I just walked out of the bakery.

This was our Saturday breakfast spot until today. Alan was the rudest waiter I have ever had the displeasure of being served by. He was so incredibly rude it was embarrassing. They have great food, but I will not step foot in this restaurant due to Alan.

I ate at this place visiting my parents from Austin. Definitely one of the best omelets I have ever had! My wife and I come back every time we come visit. Oh, and the service is AWESOME. Great quaint atmosphere. A winner in my book!

Best breakfast in the area. Prices are reasonable, staff is efficient and friendly. I recommend the quiche with strawberries and Romanoff sauce. And the coffee is wonderful, unlike most breakfast places Ive tried.

I really like this cafe. The staff is friendly and the tomato basil soup is very good. Its a little more expensive than I would like to pay for just lunch away from the office but the food is worth it.

The entrees are good but overpriced. We often stop in for bakery items and they seem less than excited to help.
