To Shannon Warrens comment, that is not even close to true. Cold Stone Creamery here in Allen, Texas closes at 9:00 and when her and her husband came into the store it was about 9:05 which is OF COURSE why our stone was completely off. And you didnt ask for 3 items. You first asked for a smoothie, and yes we were out of our mix. And then your husband asked for the Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip and I told him that we couldnt mix anything on our stone, but we can put mix ins on the top. How is what we did bad? You came in after we were closed and we were still going to serve you with what we can do. -Manager

Better off going to Baskin Robbins. Chocolate covered waffle bowl was stale where the chocolate did not cover the waffle. Brownie ice cream sundae had a lot of brownie but less ice cream. Perhaps, the brownie was a bit too much. Not sure but proportions were off. Decent staff. Overall not bad, but I wouldnt go out of my way to go there. Tip: A lot of the specials are on a board on the opposite wall. So, I may have missed some gems.

Rude! Walked in @ 8:45. Waiteded in line 5 minutes. Ordered a shake, they were out of mix?? Ordered ice cream said the slab was turned off and couldnt mix anything. I forgot what the excuse was on the third item it was a smoothie I think... So we walked out at 8:52 and they locked the door behind us. I will never go back there again.

As always great ice cream at Cold Stone. Prices are high, as to be expected. We were really impressed with the service staff having fun and making the experience pleasurable for its patrons.
